Pull-A-Part Knoxville has gone above and beyond my expectations. Recently my husband and I were driveing our our 2007 Mercedes E350 from Tampa, Florida to Maryville, TN to visit our son and his family for Thanksgiving. Our car quit 5 minutes from his house. Thank God it didn't quit on I-75 going 80 miles per hour. It would have cost $3500.+ to have it towed home. Fortunately Pull-A-Part Knoxville was willing to purchase it and pick it up from Maryville. I thought I gathered all out belongings. However when we got home I realized I forgot our mail box key, our garage door opener, our toll transponder and a CD in the single CD player. I contacted Chaz and said come on over and get them. Well I was 600 miles away so he offered to mail them to me. I was shocked and happy. Joanne Weiland
My first visit and I was definitely out of place but I needed some items for my laser business. SHAMECA made it a wonderful experience and answered my numerous questions! Also..lots of options and a bit of something for everyone! Highly recommended!
I have never had a bad experience with the staff and the resources they provide. If you need help with anything all the staff are always friendly and very helpful.
First off, let me say, the entire staff here is extremely friendly! And anytime I have a question, they seem to go above and beyond to help me get that answered.
But I have to brag on Shameca specifically! She has helped the last few times I’ve been in with explaining how the VIP membership works and getting me signed up for that(it’s a FREE membership btw) she’s always smiling and wanting to help. We need more people like her in the world
Great place to get parts for good price especially those hard to find ones. I wish they had parts shipping and a way to find out if certain parts was still available. But nevertheless it’s always a treasure hunt. I just wish it was closer to home .
The phone system is bad. The prices are bad. After finally getting thru to get a price on headlights for the gm800's they wanted 80-94$ for a set . (New on amazon is 79.99)
Staff is extremely helpful! It’s honestly crazy how well organized this place is. Last one of these I was in was an LKQ in Chattanooga And while they do structure, their yards similar, the LKQ is a lot messier. I get that it’s a junkyard but pull apart In Knoxville at least November 2025 when I was just out there, Is very well organized! And the staff was super helpful. They even took my old bumper that was Obliterated so I didn’t have to worry about throwing it away. I’m sure my trash man will thank me haha
Austin was great. He removed the part in just a few minutes for us and it was a minimal charge. I would definitely suggest going to pull apart in Knoxville and asking for Austin for all your needs out on the yard.
Your AI system is very stupid and kept putting me in a loop. I just want an inventory to see if you have a 95 F800 with hydraulic brakes I could get some parts off of
Shameca was my attendant, and she did very well was very part knowledgeable and very helpful. Pull apart is a great place to get what you need for your car, so you can keep it on the road.
Very nice experience, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the workers whose name was Austin, he was very kind and helpful; guiding me through a part I needed taken off. Its hard to find workers like this these days so keep it up man!
Its Pull-a-Part. The only tools they have for rent are simple sockets, MAYBE the odd allen-L key. But they have CHEAP prices on whatever part you pull, plus a 1-month return policy with your receipt, and with the part that they have marked in some way. My guess is they cycle colors each week, and compare ypur receipt to the color on the part.
Ie, if you guess wrong, which you probably will, you can't scam them with someone else's receipt.
Do your YouTube research, pack your tools, pull your part, and pay a FRACTION of the cost of something brand-new. And then install it within a week.
If it doesnt fix the problem, you have 3 more weeks to go back and get your money back.
I love this place. Here lately they ain't had much 2nd gen Dodge Rams in, but Jenny, she is definitely a hoot. I love it when she's around, being my cashier or not. She is so funny. The way she talks, she always makes me laugh about what she says. She thinks she's clumsy, well she obviously don't know me that well. I'm probably more clumsy than she is, and definitely more clumsy than I used to be. Not gonna lie. Lol. Don't feel bad Jenny. Mistakes happen. I should've put the part on the counter, but I was tired from the heat and forgot it needed to be marked. It was my fault. I can't help but laugh though. I've had way worse happen lol
I honestly don't know what I would do without pull a part they have saved me so many times not only in parts that I needed but also in time and money...I sold them 3 vehicles that I know made them money because aside from whatever the usually only 1 issue it had everything else was usable and nobody else is gonna pay cash for a vehicle that don't run. Their my number 1 go to. There's only been very few times that I was unable to get what I went for but still ended up buying something else that I needed so I never left empty handed. If they ever go out of business or shut down for whatever reason I will be in a world of hurt. Seriously I highly recommend it to anybody needing any kind of part to go check them out. I promise you won't be disappointed.
Pretty organized with most manufacturers having at least a couple rows exact row and part interchange can be gotten from the counter downside is one. Hot day there is no shade and the fence blocks most of the breeze and they crush out cars pretty fast
Exceptional customer service was provided to us by Mary, as well as all the staff . The place was well organized with quick and knowledgeable staff . We are repeat customers and will be for a long time to come. They always show great respect for my dad and I and make the experience of coming here enjoyable. Thank you

I found this location to not only have good inventory, but very clean and very friendly staff. The location manager took time out of his schedule to greet me and assure his staff met my needs. How refreshing in today’s business environment “I don’t care.” I can assure you I will tell me friends and colleagues about this pull-a-part location. Well done to the gentleman who runs it.
Love the pull a part but I live in sweetwater Tennessee and wish there was one closer to me I don't mind the ride to them but I'm getting older and have some medical problems but I still manage to get there somehow thank you pull a part for taking care of me when I come see you ( I'm a vip ) member

People are very nice. Grounds are very clean and organized by rows. Make sure to bring every tool you will need because they don't loan or sale any tools. Not a bad idea to bring a battery powered saws all too. They also have a good selection of used tires mounted and not mounted.
