Its Pull-a-Part. The only tools they have for rent are simple sockets, MAYBE the odd allen-L key. But they have CHEAP prices on whatever part you pull, plus a 1-month return policy with your receipt, and with the part that they have marked in some way. My guess is they cycle colors each week, and compare ypur receipt to the color on the part.
Ie, if you guess wrong, which you probably will, you can't scam them with someone else's receipt.
Do your YouTube research, pack your tools, pull your part, and pay a FRACTION of the cost of something brand-new. And then install it within a week.
If it doesnt fix the problem, you have 3 more weeks to go back and get your money back.
Even though you may not find a part you're looking for, you'll always find something you need to get that vehicle (or someone elses vehicle) back up and running.
I love this place. Here lately they ain't had much 2nd gen Dodge Rams in, but Jenny, she is definitely a hoot. I love it when she's around, being my cashier or not. She is so funny. The way she talks, she always makes me laugh about what she says. She thinks she's clumsy, well she obviously don't know me that well. I'm probably more clumsy than she is, and definitely more clumsy than I used to be. Not gonna lie. Lol. Don't feel bad Jenny. Mistakes happen. I should've put the part on the counter, but I was tired from the heat and forgot it needed to be marked. It was my fault. I can't help but laugh though. I've had way worse happen lol
I honestly don't know what I would do without pull a part they have saved me so many times not only in parts that I needed but also in time and money...I sold them 3 vehicles that I know made them money because aside from whatever the usually only 1 issue it had everything else was usable and nobody else is gonna pay cash for a vehicle that don't run. Their my number 1 go to. There's only been very few times that I was unable to get what I went for but still ended up buying something else that I needed so I never left empty handed. If they ever go out of business or shut down for whatever reason I will be in a world of hurt. Seriously I highly recommend it to anybody needing any kind of part to go check them out. I promise you won't be disappointed.
Pretty organized with most manufacturers having at least a couple rows exact row and part interchange can be gotten from the counter downside is one. Hot day there is no shade and the fence blocks most of the breeze and they crush out cars pretty fast
Great place to get used parts for your vehicle. They have computers were you can search for your car or truck and get a print out of where there located on the lot. Also you can search for specific parts and interchangeable parts like say they dont have your chevy caviler you can look for cars that have same parts and that will work on your chevy caviler. You do have to remove the parts yourself if your looking to save money atleast. They will remove the parts your looking for but theres a fee. Only reason for the 4 star review is the return policy think its 30 days to return if it dont work which is fine but they only give you store credit for the return which in most cases is fine unless lets say you got the last part they had for your vehicle and it didnt work now your vehicle is still tore up and you have to wait till they get another one in to use the store credit or you have to buy a new part from the auto parts store. its a rare case that this happens but just want people to be aware of it
Automated system sucks. No option to speak to a live person and when it’s supposably transferring I get hung up on and there is no way to reach the store that I need. 8 times I have tried to get ahold of somebody and got disconnected
Drove all the way out here. Paid money to get in because they said they had a wide selection of the vehicles I was looking for which was the 88 to 98 g m trucks SUVs once I got into the yard. Not a single one would not return my money. Sad
Couldn't find the part I was looking for, but that's not their fault. However, I left my new impact and the yard has no way to contact an actual person. This needs to be addressed. I live over an hour away and would like to ask someone if it was returned by chance, or have someone check the vehicle I was at.

Pricing is outrageous, I’ve gone to junkyards my whole life and these prices are close to what you can buy stuff for on eBay or new even. Also when you’re at the counter and the person is ringing you up they’ve got the part police walking around making sure they’re ringing you up for as much as possible. They could’ve made a 30 dollar sale on something that was otherwise trash but the part police decided it was something else and the price jumped to 90 bucks. Skip this place and go somewhere local with a better selection and definitely better pricing.
Love the pull a part but I live in sweetwater Tennessee and wish there was one closer to me I don't mind the ride to them but I'm getting older and have some medical problems but I still manage to get there somehow thank you pull a part for taking care of me when I come see you ( I'm a vip ) member

THEY HAVE FIVE HANDICAP PARKING SPACES. THEY SELL USED CARS HERE REASONABLE PRICE. HANDICAP FRIENDLY WHEN ENTERING THE BUILDING. VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. GREAT EXPERIENCE FIND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR MY CAR.2$ FEE TO ENTER BUILDING WITH CARD MEMBER.
People are very nice. Grounds are very clean and organized by rows. Make sure to bring every tool you will need because they don't loan or sale any tools. Not a bad idea to bring a battery powered saws all too. They also have a good selection of used tires mounted and not mounted.

The staff is definitely really cool, but the corporation behind them is no good. First of all, they charge a core for parts??!?! This is crazy. Not even going to into how it is a win win for them. According to a manager, they have to charge for every singe thing: EVERYTHING!!!! For example, there was a two piece transmission cooler that I wanted to get. He said I would have to cut the rigid line connecting the two pieces and charge me for two. (It was a single unit mfg in two pieces.) This is just one example amongst many others. I have to tell this one. I came across an amber turn single lens that was broken or separated away from the housing. Oddly enough mine did the same thing, but popped off while driving. "Wow, what a stroke of luck and fate!" When I got to the counter, along with a two Dodge heads and various other things, they said they were going to have to charge me full price for the lens as if it was a complete unit. I simply pushed my entire wheel barrow load for to the side where the trash pile is, unloaded everything, put the wheel barrow back, and left. That was the last time I have been back. Years of going to Pull a Part in Atlanta, Nashville, and Knoxville quickly came to an end. I am absolute car freak. I buy and sell all the time as a hobby. All the past loyalty and future money gone over a single silly broken turn signal. I have now gone the way of Ebay, Amazon, and Craigslist. It is much more economical, but I do miss the camaraderie of the people I met in the yard and those that worked there, but Pull-A-Part just doesn't want me. We all know this is rhetorical, but why do corporations always ruin everything over greed? To the staff of all the locations I have visited, especially Knoxville, thank you for your kindness and help in the past. I understand that your hands were tied.
