Definitely work with this place whenever you’re around, affordable prices, my wheel fell of the truck and and they came towed me cheap, repaired everything for a good price. Ask for Rick he’s the man he’ll take care of you good.
Rick is a man of his word. His experience in the field is top-notch. He made sure EVERYTHING was addressed, checking for other possible issues, not just repairing the failure. He has a great crew of mechanics that do an amazing job, very efficient.

Came in on a holiday weekend to get brakes checked. Needed it back by Tuesday. 4drums, 1slack adjuster, and a brake chamber later they had it ready to go Tuesday, and it came in cheaper than what was originally quoted. Company seems honest and Rick is a great help at the front of it.

If your looking for a shop around knoxville this is it! I've tried lots of shops around here when I come home. I can drop my truck off and not worry about them keeping it for two or three weeks and over charging me. Rick and his team are straight forward and don't give you the run around. They do great work at a great price and when they say it will
be ready to roll it is. Make sure to ask Rick for one of his cross Keychains that he makes!

Saturday we call them for repair my truck at truck stop but they towed my truck at shop after that they told injectors was bad thats totally wrong they make invoice 4700$ and they told only accept Zelle after 100 miles truck have same problem please aware this shop they are theft please truuckers aware them
Unite broke down called TNT 600 service call told me xy shifter need to be replaced was parked in a safe spot.spoke with Ben and I asked him to replace it.Ben told me they need to tow the unit to their garage he said they have to drop the transmission to replace for lack of space.told me it will take 2 hours plus the part and they will be able to do same day he said they close at 23:00,agreed to have the unit towed for with there towing company for 1200.upon arrival after one hour Ben told they will work on the unit Monday.being Friday and him telling they had the capacity to fix same day . I spoke with the manager Andrea and he agreed to fix same days he assured me and that part was there.all that to say the tow driver Mike worked on the unit replaced with out dropping transmission it took less one hour to replace then while on the phone with someone had to do calibration don’t know what he was doing but it took 4 hours time in time out and said unité needed speed sensor replacement.Saturday Mike arrived in the afternoon and was able to replace one sensor I had bought both sensors for the trans.changed 7 hours to change charge shifter and sensor by the tow driver Mike and the unit was able to get into gear and shift after test drive but a 4 hour dératé started.paid them close to 5.000 and left fix my problem at peterbilt shop main relay had to be changed.all that to say they see as atm on wheels.avoid this place for trouble shooting use only to tow your unit to dealership.road service is a scam they don’t have the proper equipment to diagnose the proper equipment they keep at the shop expensive and they don’t want to damage.
Paid 4:700.00 to change x y shifter and one speed sensor.when road service came to me there was no dératé and no ceci set parameters issues.
This is a really good place to fix your truck,nice people good mechanics and good price I highly recommend this shop,Andrew is a nice guy to deal with.

Amazing Shop!! We were travelling from SC to middle TN in our retired fire truck when we blew a steer tire on the side of I-40. Their roadside tech worked countless hours to get us back to their shop. The next morning they had already sourced two hard to find steer tires and had them replaced and the truck ready to go. These guys are VERY professional and as helpful as they come!
These guys were of great help when truck decided to catch me off guard. I usually get all my trucks worked on in Houston, Tx due to cost and expertise but I can say TNT matched that affordable rate!
The owner was out on a business trip flight but communication with him wasn’t affected.
Price was quoted before Job began which was great. Ben and Johnny were of great assistance.

What an awesome truck repair shop! I had major issues and after calling many places and getting no help I called tnt and they stepped up and worked all day and into the night to get me going on my way! Hands down the best shop I've been to!! Had a driveline break they came out and had a shop remake me a driveline within a day and was helping other customers left and right during the snow nice independent shop all the bad reviews you see are from steering wheel holders that wanted amazing things done in 3 minutes they did their best to accommodate everybody watch them make sure that everybody had a place warm to stay that night and helped numerous people get towed out of the snow people to do axles and spindles and all the hard stuff and nobody wants to do I hope you guys send your business to him I know I'll be passing their name around I really do go above and beyond the fix stuff
