I've had my car worked on here several times and always leave with my vehicle better than when it arrived. Everyone is always nice and goes out of their way to help. Definitely recommend for repairs, tows, and hauling!
Safest and most courteous heavy equipment haulers in this town. An added plus they always complete the job in a timely manner and usually ahead of schedule. I wouldn't choose anyone else to haul for my company.
Anytime I need a vehicle towed or worked I always use lowes. They have provided great service over the last few years and will continue to be my choice in auto repair and towing. Terry and Scott are a great to do business with, some of the most honest folks out there.
Awesome! I was stranded at a gas station and was given a ETA of 45 minutes. They not only arrived in 30 minutes, but the driver, Scott, was extremely nice and helpful. I'm glad I found this towing company in the heart of Knoxville so whenever I may need a tow again I know they will be able to reach me quickly! Love them!
HORRIBLE!! We talked on the phone prior to having my car towed due to water pump failure about price. We agreed on price and someone came out to pick up my car. Then I get a call after my car has already been moved to the mechanic from Lowes and they said it was going to be $45 more than we agreed. I said no and they replied with, "ok, then you can pick it up at our lot anytime but you need to pay full amount." I was very upset. Basically they moved my car for an agreed price then upped the price and when I didn't agree they threatened to keep the car until I paid their new price. Horrible place that is just trying to rob their customers!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
