Got into a wreck this morning and was panicking so I called the first place on google and I’m so glad it was here! Came out and picked my car and me up and took us home no problem. The driver, I believe his name was Cory (so sorry if that’s wrong) was wonderful and friendly. Price was 40 under estimate. Will definitely use again in the further if needed.
Company told us they'd be out 3 different times. First we get 45-90 minutes. Then were told 90 minutes to 2 hours. Well its been over 4 hours now and now they're asking if its okay for them to still come to DO THEIR JOB? But yet their still at least an hour and a half away? Not mentioning if they're even heading this way still? Didn't pick you guys in the first place, USAA manages that. I wouldn't pick you guys if you were the only company around. Id push it if I had to. Terrible customer service. If you can't give a generalized estimate, relatively accurately when I imagine you can track the truck on a map or GPS system... you shouldn't even be employed for the company. Bunch of fake reviews or they're begging like some fake people for good reviews.
The driver and dispatcher contacted me before they began to my vehicle and were very curious and kind and were super professional . It was a horrible situation to deal with concerning my vehicle; however this team made those issues carefree with the service we received.

Extremely well manored and friendly. Arrived fast quicker than we were told and cheaper than everyone else he didn't charge all the fees like others do just flat fee of 100 bucks and gave us a ride too. Great experience highly recommend this company. Wish I could give more stars .
Had a flat today and found them via google. Called, they came out quick, got my spare on and aired properly and had me on my way. Quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. Will have their number saved in my phone from now on.
New car got a flat and had safety lugs on it that the car didn’t have the key for and I had to have it towed to Pep Boys to have them bust them off. ACT was very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help.
I can’t recommend ACT enough— they arrived quickly and were so helpful. They took the time look at my car and talk through the issues I was having with it. They truly went above and beyond and provided top notch customer service!

Aaron was very punctual and actually ahead of schedule for my tow request. He was very professional and courteous. By far the nicest driver I’ve ever encountered. Made a bad day much better with his personality and good attitude. I would highly recommend!

I had a popped tire and Aaron came to help me and he did a great job! He was super friendly and was able to get my lug nuts off even though they were locked and I didn’t have a key. He was a total lifesaver! I definitely recommend him and this company if you ever need road side assistance.
In the last five months my wife has had two occasions with two different vehicles where it became clear we needed a tow. Aaron was there in no time flat! This guy is a beast; extremely knowledgable, careful hooking your vehicle up, while displaying his expertise in doing so with quickness and dexterity. Beyond that he's a great guy. Randomly saw him in a parking lot between tows and just and interesting and friendly person. By far best tow service I have ever experienced- can't go wrong with Aaron!

Aaron with ACT Roadside Assistance communicated with me throughout the whole process of towing my car to the dealership and got to me in a timely manner. He seemed to care about my car and his tower parking my car on flat road before hooking it up. He followed proper towing procedures and took pictures of the vehicle at pickup and drop off, he was a safe driver, and professional the whole time. He went above and beyond. I'd recommend him to tow you if you can help it!

Great service. Not expensive. Me and my dad needed help getting a tire off his cart called several of the well known places like AAAand some towing companies. No one could help without waiting at least 2 hours. For a hold of him and quickly filled out online form and he arrived 30 minutes later. He took care of the problem quickly and professionally. I will use them again and highly recommend them if you need roadside assistance.
Great guy to do business with! Aaron goes above and beyond with helping me find the right place to tow my truck to, for a new tire. 20/10 service, personality, and work ethic. Very knowledgeable on towing cars and what the speeds are rated for and such. Wouldn’t hesitate to do business with him again.
Aaron is awesome, he was fast and quick to respond when my truck broke down while moving. He kept us informed while we waited for him to show up. He was able to tow my truck and trailer to the nearest Ford dealer. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend them if you find yourself broken down.
There’s nothing like great customer service and kindness today. Aaron definitely extended that. When my message came through I was told it would be 45 to 75 minutes before someone would arrive… in no time at all. Aaron called to let me he was in route. He shared with me the safest thing to do with my tire. When I wanted Aaron to put air in my tire, he told me although the donut wasn’t pretty :) it was safer until I get my tire fixed. He also reminded me before he left to make sure I drive at a safe speed with the spare tire on my car. He got the job done very quick!! Good trusting people are hard to come by. Thank you so very much Aaron/ACT for presenting yourself in such a professional way!
Enough great things cannot be said about this man & his work ethic! When I tell you Aaron went above and beyond, he did just that! Rescued me and my 4 dogs for the wilderness in the middle of the night. Do yourself a favor if you’re stuck, give this gentleman a call, you won’t be disappointed!
