Bill picked up my car to be towed from UTK's campus today and was quick to navigate where I was on campus (which wasn't easy) and get my car loaded up so fast. Plus, he was incredibly pleasant! He helped me handle a stressful, unexpected situation with such kindness.
I have used Ogle’s Wrecker Service 2 times in the last 3 weeks and they were great both times. Bill was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use for any towing I need in the future

I called them at 9 am and they were at my house by 10 am to pick up my car! Very polite and professional on the phone when I called and the driver was very polite when he called to let me know he was on his way! I can't thank you guys enough! I will definitely use you guys from now on!
This company is very friendly, polite, and trustworthy. My car broke down at Kroger and it was very hot outside, they allowed me to come home to wait and brought my car to me! It was so nice, and the price was very affordable. I would highly recommend Ogle's to anyone needing a towing service.
Weren't too quick to respond but the drivers were two of the nicest guys I've met in this city. Knowledgeable and actually stayed to help me with my vehicle much longer than they had to. By far the best service in Knoxville!

Bill Ogle is the most honest wrecker service owner in Knoxville Tn. My dad used him since I was a kid when my dad ran a garage. Very kind hearted Christian man who will do you right.

Good service**** (see update below) Called and they came right out on a busy Saturday. Towed my car at a reasonable price. Guy on the phone was very helpful when I was very stressed and the guy who came to tow the car was safety focused. highly recommend this great company. I called someone else first waited over an hour for a return call then called Ogles. Got an immediate response and was already towed when the first guys still hadn't returned my call. **** Update****While these guys did great the first time on second need they failed miserably, intended to use them again since they were so great the first time, but I guess they are only good on the weekend. The lady on the phone was horrible and rude on a Monday morning and I ended up just letting the cops call another company since she would not listen what wrecker driver doesn't know the mile markers and exit numbers match? she would not take a mile marker as a pick up place only wanted the exit number well if I am at mile marker 386.2 then the exit number is 387 (duh). very disappointing.
Ogles was timely and very courteous. Bill was the driver who came out, he was careful and friendly, he waved to the kids who watched daddy's truck get loaded on the flatbed. Price was reasonable and the service was well worth it. Highly recommend Ogles and added to my phone list for the future. Thank you Bill.
I called Ogle's Wrecker to pick up my vehicle and they where friendly, professional and took care of my vehicle like it was their own. I would highly recommend them for any towing in Knoxville.
They were closed when I called. I thought towing service was performed after 5 pm everywhere in knoxville. I broke down at 9 pm on my way home from work and no one answered when I called. I called again and no one answered. I assume they are only open during banker's hours. Anyone else have this problem?
I needed to have my car towed to the dealer from where the brakes went out on me, and contacted Ogle's at 8:10 a.m. on a Monday morning. Although they were busy, they still managed to get a roll-back wrecker to me within 15 minutes. The driver was polite and courteous, made sure to observe safety procedures when loading the car up on the wrecker, was VERY careful to ensure the car did not scrape the ground, and drove very safely the whole way to the dealership. They did not try and take advantage of the situation on price, and were very reasonable.
