Stranded on the interstate in 98 degree heat . They told me they would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minted later Tow Pro shows up and pulls off in front of my car . Then, He drives off and circles back around where I see him going down the interstate in the other direction. So, about another 45 minutes later I call back and they put me on hold for 5 minutes to come back and basically tell me nothing . Then , I get put on hold AGAIN , and by that time the driver shows up with a car in tow . Drivers name was Darrel and he was a 5 out of 5 . Apparently “Tow Pro” is a part of this establishment now . Needless to say I will never use them again.

I’ve never used this company and I probably never will based on the way they drive. One of their tow trucks pulled up to a red light didn’t want to sit through. It wasn’t even in the turn lane. And then decided it was OK for him to run the red light and turn across all of the lanes traffic. Cool move bro! Way to put everybody else at risk because you don’t wanna sit at a red light or wait in traffic to make a left-hand turn.
needed towing as our car became undriveable during our roadtrip and this towing company was a godsend. so very grateful for our tow driver (unfortunately didn't get his name) he was so nice and made a bad situation a great experience!
Morning of April 7th 2025 going Eastbound on 75 towards Knoxville at 730am, I saw the most reckless driving I have seen in years out of one of your tow trucks. Blew a red to get on the highway exit, cut off multiple vehicles at speed, rode between two lanes to prevent passing, and swerved in front of vehicles to prevent passing. I hope you fire that driver cause I wouldn't trust your service after seeing him swerve in front of 6-7 vehicles to prevent them from passing.
Friendly and fast service, arrived within 20 minutes (even at midnight on Christmas eve). Very helpful and reliable, came through when I really needed them. Would recommend/call again.
I’ve never used this company before but based on their drivers, I will never. I’m driving on Pellissippi getting ready to get on I-40E. Traffic is backed up and barely creeping and understandably so since it is 530 in the evening. This CST driver thought he was more important than any other driver sitting in rush hour traffic so he drives in the emergency lane from the Pellissippi ramp , onto I-40 and then on to the Cedar Bluff ramp passing everyone. He already had a vehicle on his bed so he probably wasn’t going to an accident. I don’t have any pictures of him in the emergency lane because he was driving so fast but I did catch up to him on Cedar Bluff. This was Tuesday October 15 approx 530. Truck 8016.
***According to other posts, looks like CST has a liability on their hands. He was cussing and dropping f bombs at other drivers.
No clue how they are with towing but just saw one of their drivers cussing and honking at a random older person driving a car that was waiting to make a right on a red light and wasn’t fast enough. so the young man proceeded to honk and drop f bombs trying to scare the old man into making a right on a red when he didn’t feel comfortable. Happened around 7pm on the corner of Campbell station and parkside drive. Near mellow mushroom unit on the rollback was 8016
I came in contact with this company via google. I was appreciative of Chad who provided me a very reasonable quote to tow 2 vehicles to the dealership. They arrived at the agreed upon time and dealt with my son in my absence. They were friendly and helpful. I not only recommend but will use them in the future.

Driver responded very quickly which I appreciated cause it was so early in the morning and I wasn’t familiar with my surroundings. I originally requested a jump start thinking that would get me home. Unfortunately, I ended up needing a tow. He has kind enough to wait on me and give me a tow till I could get it approved through my insurance instead of having to rebook a different tow service and having to wait all over again.

My SUV was disabled at a public place. My insurance Co hooked me up with this company. They were quick and although my insurance company gave them the wrong address, the driver was very quick to go to correct one. He was so courteous and polite. He left the vehicle where I needed it. I will definitely use them again!

Some days are terrible and some companies have people who just know how to make a bad day better. The customer service is great; they were fast, efficient, friendly and professional. I literally bragged about how much the driver made my day better.
Arrived in a timely manner and was friendly and professional. He even offered some input (that I asked for) regarding how often he sees the kind of issues happening with my make of vehicle when he’s towing disabled vehicles. He was very helpful, quick, and kind.
They got to me fast, very professional, reasonable price... They think my differential went out!?! Idk, but I'm glad my truck is safe..... The driver put it in the only spot left perfectly....
