Friendly staff. Great selection of higher quality wood furniture, in some cases for prices a lot of places charge for particle board. Neat place to look around, too.
Well, we bought a cabinet last week and it was close to store closing because we couldn't get off work any sooner. They were nice and helpful.... that day. Told us to pull up front to pick it up and we did. 2 days later we went back for a large cabinet and to save time l,since we were there again close to 6pm when they close, we pulled in front to be ready to load the cabinet we were there to buy. We walked in and they weren't so nice this time. The clerk up front asked if we were there to pick up and we said yes. She said, in a rude tone, well you parked in the fire lane. We said "we are picking up" and went back to find the cabinet. Manager Tony Langley chased us down and said we can't park in the fire lane when this was the same scenario as 2 days before. He was hateful and rude about it. Said he would get a ticket if WE parked there , which is BS. If anyone got a ticket for parking in the fire lane it would be us. We decided since he had such an attitude, he could keep his $1,500 cabinet. He said he didn't care. So, we are bringing him the other one back also! Do better Mr. LANGLEY!

Do yourself a favor and just by directly from the big box stores! No discount here! At least at the big stores you get a warranty. The ladies up front don't speak to you when you walk in. Talking amongst themselves tells you how slow business is.
Theu have good deals on doors!! I bought a door from a big box store and had to return it due to poor build quality. I went here and saved about $100 on a door. Looks great, and is way better quality than Lowe's. Super helpful and friendly staff! They also have the best pricing (that I could find) on laminate flooring. I will be buying some of that to finish my job.
Terrible store and terrible managers. Brought the measurements of my kitchen, got the drawing, bought expensive cabinets. Two of the cabinets did not fit, my guy tried to install one , they would not take back a perfect cabinet, because quote it has been installed
No responsibility taken for making mistakes, no remorse. Had to drive for more than an hour both ways 3 times.Terrible customer care, would be better to go somewhere else to buy the cabinets as these people have no professionalism and take no remorse for making horrible miscalculations .
I go here from time to time and have noticed that some of the employees are having conversations between each other that is not family friendly. My last visit I almost left because one of the employees was so into his conversation with another employee how he loves Trump and blah blah blah. I spent $700, but almost walked out the door. The time before, they were talking about things in sexual puns. I had my kids with me.... Advice is to keep your conversations clean and not talk about politics.
Great, great value, quality products. I most recently bought some raw cabinets and countertop to create a new kitchen island and they did not disappoint!
This is a very large place that has a wide variety of items. Counter tops, cabinets, lighting, outdoor items, interior design/display items....you name it (except the toilet seat/lid we were looking for). Items change often. Beware there are plenty of items reasonably priced, but alsosome items are expensive when consider the salvage in the name. But definitely worth the look through.
The name of the store suggests to be that items may be less expensive than at other stores but that thought is completely wrong. They do have nice things for NICE prices...
Found a huge display cabinet that I loved and met my dimensions perfectly. However, they only had 1 and I needed 2. I asked if they had anymore in the back just like it. They said no. The nice staff told me to call back in 2 weeks when they get a big furniture shipment in and I can see if they got another one in. I would give this store 5 stars except I wish you could order a specific piece of furniture that you like. I’m dying to have two of the cabinets that I wanted because I can’t find anything else like them that fit my dimensions so well!
Staff was not knowledgeable about their own inventory and when asked a question one of the older male workers responded with a sharp hateful “NOPE” and continued on with his conversation with another fellow. First time here and definitely the last. Would rate zero stars if I could. Go elsewhere.
Really great store! Lots of unique items and great prices on some things. Biggest compliant is I didn't even know they were back here. Would definitely help if there was some type of billboard or road sign or social media advertising, word of mouth ain't effective anymore!
Wow, they have so much to look at. Some a bit over priced but a lot of unique furniture can be found here. They also have a large room with cabinets and flooring.
great place to get rugs for cheap. They have more rugs than you can imagine at very reasonable prices. Not extremely helpful staff but not overly aggressive. Great place to get tile for cheap.
I went in with my daughter and her husband looking for counter tops and new cupboards for my kitchen and the
people there were just wonderful. They are very helpful and very nice. The store is clean and very organized and very easy to maneuver around in.
I would most definitely would recommend this place if you are looking to save money without cutting quality.
Both affordable and a quality place to buy cabinets and counter tops. However don't expect them to help you in any way with your measurements unless you have an appointment. Make an appointment or get familiar with measurements of cabnits and it will make your experience much easier. Overall the place has never let me down. I would recommend to anyone
Of course this store is not going to suit everyone's needs but they have a good selection of general household needs in furniture, flooring, doors, wall art, decorative pieces for your tables, light fixtures, fans, cabinets etc. There are some really interesting home unit pieces made from reclaimed wood and other modern units. Its fun to explore and you can find some really good deals there. For our needs we bought a light fixture to go over the dinning room table and a couple of sink faucets. We're looking at bar stools too. They cater to different people's tastes. Just depends on what you're looking for.
