Inexperienced driver was sent to pick up vehicle, she was rude and was not professional at all. I dont recommend them. Ill not recommend them to any of my customers again!!! That lady needs to go. And yall need to get a 4x4 flat bed. Spend 150,000 on a flat bed that is only 2 wheel drive. Yea thats a smart buy . Not yall afraid to go up a wet gravel driveway with small patches of thin wet slush ice when if your tires spin you hit gravel and go. This is tge only tow truck company to have a problem with it. Hands down just wait for JR'S Towing in waverly..
Excellent company to deal with. Called them from out of town. I had to have my truck towed to the Dodge dealer. Very fair rate, nice equipment. Would highly recommend if in the area
R&D picked my car up after a wreck. Bobby ( i think was his name) stayed on the scene with me after everyone left and I was waiting for my ride. He was very professional and let me sit in his truck because it was raining. Thank you for your kindness.
Just wanted to give a shot out to R & D. My car's check engine light kicked on and the car was running rough. R & D was assigned to me via my insurance, drove to the rest area I stopped at and even brought their code reader to see what was up. (Apparently my car decided to tell me it need a tune-up while driving on the Interstate) They Recommended a garage they used for all their auto needs and towed it there as I was an hour and a half from home.
While I hope to never have a need for towing in the future, I can say with confidence if you're in Waverly or surrounding area. This company needs to be your "go to". Highly recommend.
I was so glad to find R&D towing yesterday when I was having car trouble 800+ miles from home. The owner went over and above to help me find a repair shop under very tough circumstances. She showed up promptly and did a great job for a reasonable price. She even texted me the same night to make sure everything worked out (it did.) So thankful there are businesses like this out there, run by good people!

Greatest people ever.couldnt ask for any better my 8 year old son was terrified it was like 10 at night we was some where that we didn't know on a dark road and he has never been broken down like that before and we were right at an hour away from home so needless to say he was really scared .point to this is when he got there with the tow truck he let my son load the car and it brighten his mood a lot he wasn't so scared any more and when we got it to the house he let him unload it as well and then turn around and give him 10 bucks for helping him load and unload they truly deserve a 5 star rating thank u all for being the people y'all are oh and their prices are truly fair thanks again and GOD BLESS YALL
R&D Towing is amazing! I fully recommend their services! Me and my fiance were victims of the flood and they helped us with all of our needs even moved our camper. I don't know what I would have done without them! Thank you R&D Towing!
