I had to buy a filter and light from here. Somehow was given the wrong filter and id asked for the wrong light. No worries as exchanges were simple, so I finally got the parts I needed.

Shout out to Perry Cox at Advance in Waverly who saved the day! My kids were with their dad on the way to an auction in a vehicle that he had just fixed. On the way, the vehicle shuts off and come to find out the starter wires ruined a brand new battery. He dropped EVERYTHING & brought their dad all the tools and a new battery on the side of the road , without him even having a commercial account with them! It’s rainy & windy, but thankful he showed up without hesitation! ❤️

Carrie was amazing. Not only did she install my new battery, but she ran diagnostics on my car and talked to me about my car's problems. I felt like she really listened to both me and my vehicle. Even better, I feel prepared to talk about my car's issues with a mechanic and not get taken advantage of. 11 out of 10, would totally recommend.

Auto Zone wouldn't install my battery, dispite ads in the window saying they performed that service. I have a new auto parts store
Extremely understaffed today. Wasn't able to properly wait on customers. Only one employee in the store, although there was another employee walking out the door to go on a delivery run as we walked in.
Justin did a superb job from the free testing to determine what part I needed, then finding the exact match for my VW, to sales and finally free installation including replacing the dust cover. Not often do I encounter a sales agent so knowledgeable and personable, especially with a rush of customers arriving within mins of me. What started as a bad situation for me (dead battery) ended up as the best experience I've had at an automatic parts store in over 30 years. They are the best in Humphreys county hands down! Perfect in every aspect!
Great employees they went out of there way to get me the lowest price possible during the 30 mile yardsale !! I wish i could remember the names of the man amd women that helped me ! Absolutely awesome customer service !
They seemed reasonable but then I waited for 15 minutes and a customer who came after me was seen before me. She kept answering calls instead of getting my item took care of. Customers in person should be more important then ones on the phone.
I went in to get replacement bulbs for my headlights. The store was clean, cool, and welcoming. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful in getting the correct bulbs for my car and also gave me some advise on another project I was working on. It was a good experience. Thanks.
Tried to exchange 1985 Chevy part they sold me ,that was wrong size. Brought car up there. Told me they had one size bigger & one smaller.Wouldn't come out the door to find out which one.
They couldn't get anything right. Said I hadn't bought parts there, but receipt said otherwise. Then tried blaming it on other stores. Said of I bought from other advance stores they couldn't replace. Worse Staff ever as in trying to help customer. Advance should stand behind parts. If not, don't Sell to people. Will never shop at Advance Auto Parts again.
