My wife car alternator went bad. We had a mechanic get one and put a new one on. The alternator was defective . So our mechanic got another alternator and it was defective. By now we are out the cost to put two alternators on, missing a days work and a core cost. We ended up taking her car to a dealership which the verified the second AutoZone alternator was defective. It ended up costing us over $1000 dollars. Miss work too. Their management from Memphis headquarters and other management people claim they called me with unnamed numbers. Unnamed numbers are scams because the don’t put their names on it. I only answer names not numbers. I really don’t knows a whole lot of what they said because they answered their questions not mine. It wasn’t their fault it was mine for buying anything from auto zone. I feel like I ask for a peanut butter sandwich and got baloney. James Citro

This place is awesome Vincent gave me and my dog a ride to Camden on his lunch break everyone was nice other than the guy who had to act like a two year old because he had to move his car for Vincent to be able to leave

Shop here all the time I have a commercial account and the people that work there are super knowledgeable and very helpful always willing to give you advice they can check your car for codes Cheryl the commercial manager has been super helpful to me And everybody else there also is willing to lend a hand and always asking how they can help highly recommend

Just wondering how your company has a no gun policy yet an employee jacob cook can bring a gun to work and use it in a threatening manner, get banned from part of the parking lot and still be employed. Seems like autozone has went to crap since Dean left. Im sure you can get a police report as well, being that the cops were called. All while he was on the clock.

It’s really unprofessional to smoke cigarettes in the front doorway of the store. Makes the store smell gross. I stopped coming in because of this. Do better.

Tonight was saved by the two best sales associates I’ve EVER had in 53 years. The brakes I bought at Camden didn’t have the hardware included as stated. Camden had sold out of the brake pads I had. Drove to Waverly where Heather S. And Kim literally checked four boxes exactly like I had bought to discover manufacturing company had left the hardware out of ALL OF THE BRAKE PADS. They were sold out of the extra you could buy to go with brake pads. These two ladies confirmed they did not have brakes to replace the ones I bought of better or lesser quality. They called Advanced Autoparts for me and had them price match plus make sure EVERYTHING was in the box and waiting on the counter. I sure hope the managers let these ladies know they saved the night for us as my significant others f-350 dually literally had a brake pads fall over driving abd stranded in Benton County. So I drove from Paris to help and then to Waverly and I was so blessed to have these two ladies take my problems and resolve them as if it was them stranded and stressed out. They are 10 on 1-10 scale. Perfection and Autozone should keep these ladies and use them to train others. Huge thank you to them for being busy yet juggling chainsaws wide open lol. ? Hope they get a bonus or recognition for such above and beyond personal treatment. They don’t know me from anywhere but treated me like family.

A++ BEST EVER. Went in with a warranty issue on a motorcycle battery and the battery was no good. The warranty expired the day the battery died. Not a question at all... Replaced the battery 100% their cost. I was amazed. I truly expected the worst and was greeted with AZs best. Thanks again.

In September or so my car broke down and we had it towed to this location to have it fixed. Not only did the employees help us with parts, they stayed after closing to help us fix my car. Could not have asked for a better experience. Edit: The two employees were Jaycob and Kimberly. :)

I purchased a windshield wiper that was suggested to me by the employee and it didn't fit. When I returned to get a swap for the correct wiper, I was told no because I didn't have the receipt, despite the item being in my purchase history in their system. I didn't think I would need to keep a receipt for an item I was told would fit by a supposedly knowledgeable Individual. I let him keep the wiper since it was useless to me.

This Autozone is a joke I call down there tell them what I need tell them to invoice it out on my commercial account that I will send someone down there to pick it up drive a hour away to get these parts and get there and the girls says I haven’t got any of it ready you are going to have to give me a min and there is 2 people in there already and she is just sitting there playing with her son since when do u bring your kid to your job so my guys calls me I tell him to just leave we will get the parts some were else every other parts house that I have a commercial account with we call parts are ready for put by the time we get there it’s a short red head girl eveybody said they they won’t go to Autozone if she is there

Sold me not one bad water pump but three bad water pumps when I go there to file a claim they said that I have to finish the job with part for the claim to be valid. Why would I keep buying bad parts from them?!?! I swear I feel dumber every time I listen to one of them speak.

My car broke down, and I had to leave it parked at this location until I could do something with it. It was there for 2 days, and they were so kind to let me keep it there. Thanks AutoZone!

There is a crazy, deceptive clerk working here who is also a liar. Her name is Chloe. She literally chose her friend over customers who will not shop in this store as long as she works there! She is a thief as well, taking money deceitfully without delivering the goods agreed upon.

This is long overdue, but several weeks ago had a flat in the rain didn't have a spare. Basically I was in a bad spot. John and Aiden were extremely helpful and I can't thank them enough. Thank you, guys. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Had to go to Auto Zone for parts and to use the scanner. The folks there were awesome. They helped me quickly. Then I had to come back for more parts. Dean and the rest of the staff was awesome. I’m not sure who the commercial mgr is but she is a blonde lady and she was totally knowledgeable and helpful as well. Can’t say enough about the service here. And….I worked for my dad who is a master mechanic. I have dealt with countless parts places. This one is awesome. Great job. Great customer service. Thanks

I have never received such amazing customer service. I came in to replace my windshield wiper during a winter storm and ended up getting stuck there. While I was there they not only helped me find and install my new windshield wipers, but they helped me with a door I could not open. When we realized I was not making it out of Tennessee that night they made sure I had somewhere warm and safe to stay. Autozone employees really go above and beyond in all of my experiences. The associates who helped me were Matt, Gabe, and Dean. As a young woman traveling the country its good to know I can count on autozone to be as helpful as they possibly can

Dean, the manager always goes above and beyond to help me when I need help. Today was his day off and he happened to come to the store in Waverly and saw me and he helped me with a battery problem. I am most grateful. And everyone in the store provided great customer service. Thank you again Dean!

I've been a solid Autozone customer since the 80's. This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST AUTOZONE...EVER!! Dean and his crew are totally awesome..all polite, funny, people that know and love vehicles. Just swung by yesterday after work to pick up 1 wiper, 1 fog light, and some Rainex. However...before I left Steven and Robert had laughingly "up sold" me several other items. Steven let me know there was a mail-in rebate if I bought a pair of wipers.....so I bought another. Then instead of just one fog lamp I got persuaded to buy a pair...we were all laughing and having a good time.....then someone said "Hey we have LED fog lights....they let me think for a second....then said "They're only like a HUNDRED DOLLARS A PAIR".....everyone laughed....I said no. I had worked outside all day in snow/ice and was feeling tired and wore out before I stepped into "Dean's Autozone "..but after seeing Robert, Steven, and Dean I left with the parts I needed and was back enjoying life again!!

Typically buy parts, always helping me. So when my new car started having battery issues, asked them to troubleshoot. They have been very eager to help despite the fact that my battery is within 1st yr of warranty. That's excellent service.

When I pulled up an employee named Dean had the door opened smoking a cigarette half way in the building. Not professional. There are many people who don’t want to be around smoke. You’re not even supposed to be smoking by the door.

This AutoZone had everything that I needed to fix my truck and the workers new exactly how to help me find the items that I needed. The prices are about average for the parts that I needed, even though I could have gotten a cheaper price if I waited 2 or three days for them to be shipped out to me. If you're looking for parts today I would highly recommend shopping at this store.

It's a good store overall I've never had a good experience with them. One situation I bought a window motor and didn't have all the parts was missing 2 pieces which could happen anywhere but solid store overall.
