VIP Towing is fantastic! I was at a 2 way stop in my neighborhood that goes under a bridge. As you might imagine, it gets very backed up each morning. When it was my turn at the 2 way stop to go under the bridge, the clutch in my jeep went out with my 2 year old son in the back seat. My neighbor, who works for VIP towing, came up and saved the day. He took time out of his busy day to help me out when I was in a very compromising position. He would not accept any money from me. I do not know this gentleman's name, but know his truck says "Tow Fetish" on the back. So whomever he is, you all hired a good one!
Have used this company twice in the past week for towing between different mechanics and they were amazing! So nice and easy to work with. Dawit was so sweet to my son and showed him all about his tow truck. He even figured out what was wrong with my car when the first mechanic couldn’t. Highly recommend!
Showed up quickly and took excellent care of my vehicle. When I had to switch towing locations they were incredibly accommodating and understanding. They asked to make sure I was okay and had a ride as well.
This morning Whit came to my rescue as my car broke down on the way to school. He made a crappy situation into a good time. Just an amazing, nice, and super helpful guy. My wife and I were heading from Missouri to about 45min south of Nashville to see family when our serpentine belt decided it was time to leave this world. We had made several calls to all the Google searches we could find and it seemed everyone was out and fully booked! One of the other towing services got us in contact with VIP towing and said they might have someone near by. When I called, they sounded like they cared, had a sense of urgency for us and got to us in a timely manner. I will say too that we (my wife and I) feel that, due to our situation, the driver went above and beyond what we expected. Because of this guy, we were able to get off of the interstate out of harms way, make it to our destination AND get a decent night's sleep! Nobody ever wants to need towing services, but I now have VIP's number saved in my phone just incase we are out to see family again, and find ourselves alongside a four lane interstate. Thank you VIP! Y'all really stepped up and saved our day!

VIP towing was quick to answer phone and get me set up with a tow anywhere I needed even when I needed to change address in the middle of the tow. The driver Dawit was professional, personable, and very comfortable to ride with to my destination. My entire experience was smooth, quick, and the costs clear and given to me upfront. I would suggest this company to anyone.
All of my experience with VIP towing have been phenomenal. The many phone calls requesting assistance was answered promptly and with a friendly voice. I recommend to all this friendly company.

While traveling through town and stopping for the night I had the unfortunate experience of leaving an interior light on or something to drain the battery. Still needing to drive for several more hours I decided to call a local tow company for battery service vs the dealer or AAA. The 1st 2 calls to other companies (closest on google map search) were not answered- probably due to being an out of state area code. The 3rd call was a call center which had someone call back from a personal cell phone wanting to charge my credit card before he even showed up.
I then expanded the search and #VIPtowing&logistics answered on a second ring. I explained my situation and he said he would divert a driver to come and help us within 20 mins. He showed up in 10 mins and was able to get us back on the road. Do yourself and call these guys 1st. Excellent service, rapid response and they were also cheaper than what everyone the other person quoted.
I'm not surprised that VIP Towing and Logistics has a perfect ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. They went so far "above and beyond" their job description in helping my sister and I, that without question I will be foregoing AAA to use there services, despite having a membership with AAA. And a special shout-out to Haki!

Simply the best towing service I have ever used. Constant communication is a plus. A towing service is something we hope to never need but these guys are the best.
Very fast friendly and efficient. I was from out of state and got a flat. They answered my call within 10 minutes, had a vehicle there within an hour. They were so helpful!
I was pulled over on the side of the interstate and VIP pulled over within minutes (without being called). He just saw me there in the rain and wanted to help. Can’t thank him enough for towing me and getting me to my appointment on time. Very courteous and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.
I had one of the best experiences anyone could ask for. There was a rowdy customer at a store i was at who wouldn’t allow his car towed from a forbidden spot. This company showed up and provided excellent service as they were able to calm down the person and successfully tow the vehicle without any problems. Best towing service out there!
