I dont expect much from people today. If you sell something dont overprice or take advantage of or disrespect your customer. I have found that some of the larger auto parts chain stores are overcharging for their inferior auto parts( if they are in stock). I was trying to find a cap and rotor for an older chevy truck. My internet search led me to 64 Auto Parts.Not wanting to go in the store and be met with overpriced inferior quality parts I decided to call. I called and asked "Mike" if he had those parts. He did.I could tell he was very busy but polite on the Phone, and in person. He charged me much less than the Big name stores and had the parts in stock. Great service, good Price, quality parts in stock.. that is all I need in an auto parts store. Highly reccomend 64 Auto Parts. Thank you Mike for restoring my faith in commercial Auto Parts Stores
I would recommend this part store to anyone this man is a very honest man he does people right he works with you he cares about your vehicle he helps you find the parts you need very respectful never gives a hard time and always has the right part like some of these other parts stores he does not get his parts wrong very helpful to his customers

Great guy and really helpful. Please update your hours because I waste gas trying to bring money, but your never open when I get there. I'm going to have to start calling to make sure you're open.

Micheal is an excellent parts man. I needed some break parts. And he helped me from cleaner, to pads, to getting the caliper I needed to replace quickly into rural Bradley County, TN from Chattanooga. Same day before 2pm!!!!

He went above and beyond to help us get the parts we needed to get the vehicle fixed after it started making an odd noise and he even helped us put it on!He was quick and very helpful and we truly appreciate him taking the time to help us find the problem and getting it fixed.This is an all around great Autopart store to go to.
