I just wanted to give a big shout out to tactical towing! I got stranded in town and my insurance company sent them to help. I had the pleasure of meeting Jason. Jason went beyond the call of duty and I have dealt with a lot of tow trucks in my life. Insurance company was giving a hard time about getting him the proper orders. He hung in there and even talked to the guy personally. then he carefully towed my car to the Honda dealership and made sure I could get home. Jason made what could’ve been a very difficult time for me a very smooth and pleasant experience. I recommend them to anybody who needs this service. Way to go tactical towing, you’re the best! And thanks again, Jason.

My car broke down in Cleveland, TN. Called a towing company before Tactical Towing, I was going to get overcharged & wait for another 45 minutes. Saw Tactical Towing & I called, had great customer service & it only took 6 minutes for them to come out to me & take my car home in Chattanooga for way cheaper! Austin came out and took care of everything with great service & courtesy! Appreciate your service boss man!
I was stuck on the side of the ridgecut with a flat as I jacked up my car it fell off the jack. Well it just so happens that one of these drivers passed by at that moment and offered to help me put my spare on free of charge. Driver was extremely professional during the whole process at well. Iwill personally be doing business with this company for years to come. They offer LOTS of helpful services. Driver gave me a business card but did not put his name or I would personally thank him on here. 5 stars ? ????

An amazing company, the owner Austin is a really cool down to earth guy. He helped my family when I was in need and towed my car when I couldn't even pay the bill. I highly recommend and appreciate Austin and his guys! I highly recommend them for any of your towing needs!!!!
I had a flat tire and no jack to get the donut on to get the car to the tire shop. Tactical Towing was out in an hour or less and had the job done in 5 minutes. Great service, fair prices, and the gentlemen were very nice. I am definitely saving their number and would recommend to anyone needing their services!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Left my wife ,daughter and 15 month old on I75 for 6 hours. Very uncaring and the driver was very rude and did not care about the safety of my family.
The lady that I communicated with was so kind! She kept me informed of everything that was going on. The driver was awesome, he also called and communicated with me. When he dropped my car off he put it exactly where I asked and made sure he lined it up with my cars that were already parked. I would use them 100% of the time! I left a bad review for my roadside assistance on a matter that had absolutely nothing to do with them and the lady called me to make sure there wasn't a problem with their company. I feel like they went above and beyond with their care and customer service! Can't give any more stars but I would if I could!
Showed up 5 minutes from when we placed the call! We were hardly finished with paying when the driver appeared. Loaded up quickly and the driver was very kind and communicated with us well. Thank you!
Originally, I got left of the side of the road for almost 5 hours by the first towing company. They never came through with no phone calls or anything. I tried to contact them and so did USAA, but we couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Several minutes later I got a call from USAA to reschedule my towing service and they picked Tactical Towing from Cleveland, Tn. Austin, Michael, and the lady I spoke with in the phone was extremely helpful. Austin explained to me everything that was going on and how everything would work to recover my vehicle. The driver Michael communicated with me when he was close to my vehicle and also let me know when the vehicle arrived at the destination I asked for very professional. It was a MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE than the last company, “Africa Motor Company” I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Tactical Towing was awesome I’ll highly recommend them. The customer service was an 11/10.
I had to have my vehicle towed and the dispatcher Christy (sp?) has been incredible! She has gone above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is taken care of. She has truly eased my mind! The driver Michael was also very helpful in keeping me informed. 100% would recommend this company!!
Huge shout out & thank you to the gentleman that picked me & my car up today on 64 highway when my insurance company left me on the side of the road for 3 hrs!! The tow trucker driver was very nice && went above & beyond to make sure I was took care of & that I got somewhere safe to have my tire fixed! I would recommend yall to anyone
