Had some transmission issues and needed a tow, Joe came and he was amazing not only was he quick with arrival time but he was friendly and very helpful!

Joe helped me out today, punctual, professional, and made some recommendations on places to remedy my issues. Nice job.

We had Norris come for an issue with our rental car. They se t one of the nicest guys in the world Joe. He was so helpful with getting the car started. There was an issue with where to take it so we just ended up taking it back to the agency. Joe was outstanding. Spoke with him and he was beyond helpful. Will use Norris towing if we need help. Great company.

These guys went over and above to get us taken care of on a rainy late night/early morning weekend. Our family got stranded locally and needed a tow and a U-Haul, they got both done quick and very cost effective! Can’t say enough nice things about these guys. I found Norris towing through AAA. I locked my keys in the car, and the representative they sent was Jacob. He was rude, sarcastic, and nasty. He is very unprofessional and sloppy.

Joe was great! He called to give me a timeline to his arrival and then again as he arrived. The service was great and efficient.

My car broke down less than a mile from where I was headed to take it to get it fixed and Joe came and picked up my car in like 15 minutes. It was the quickest I’ve ever been picked up ever. He was so nice and he did the battery thing and gave us a better idea of what was wrong with it. He was amazing.

I've used Norris many times. This time I had a tire blow out and Joe picked my daughter and me up. He has been the driver the past couple of times. He is fast, friendly, and makes an unfortunate situation much more pleasant.

I have had issues with Norris Towing in the past and they did not rectify them at all, but the last encounter was great. Joe I believe his name was was wonderful. The car I was driving left my daughter and I in an unsafe area and when the bearded man arrived she was even more unsure but he immediately made her feel at ease and get us loaded and gone within minutes. He is a true asset to the company and they need to hire more that resemble his work ethic and demeanor.

Got a U-Haul trailer 5x9 with a ramp! $25.00 is the way to go. Awesome trailer. They even placed the trailer on the hitch!

Jacob was amazing. He was so helpful and professional. His quality is truly 5 STAR! He changed my flat tire with my spare and after the spare tire was already on, he realized that the spare tire needed air in it. He went right to his work vehicle and hooked up his air hose and filled up my spare tire with air. Thank you so much, Jacob for your service. went there this morning to rent a car dolly, I was in and out quickly they hooked it up and explained how it works. towed my grandsons car home, it worked perfectly no problems at all. Returning it was just as easy as picking it up. no hassels no delays, will definitely use them again. verry nice people

Joe with Norris Towing made our road side service very pleasant. We were on our way out of town when car troubles happened. We had to call on him twice in one day. He spoke well of the company he works for and also spoke well of his voice. That speaks volumes. We will definitely do more business with Norris towing.
