Great experience at A1 Automotive! The staff was friendly and very helpful, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. My car was diagnosed and fixed the same day, which was a huge relief. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was efficient and honest. I would definitely recommend A1 Automotive to anyone in need of reliable auto repair.
Needed to replace to blower motor for AC. Able to get me in and my repair completed promptly. The estimate provided was accurate to the final cost which was VERY REASONABLY priced given that I had estimates for more than double of my final cost with them!!! Honest, trustworthy and dependable, I will be a returning customer!
Just picked up my truck and she's drivin like new 1 again. This is my 2nd time using them and it feels great know when I take my vehicles somewhere I get exactly what I need and if they see something they say something. Great customer service!!! 10/10

A1 automotive has been absolutely fantastic! The woman in the office has been a breathe of fresh air through a terrible situation. She has helped in anyway she can gone above and beyond and actually been empathetic and caring. Everyone has been great I would recommend them for any of your automotive needs.
I can not give them no more stars they very very rude and liars and they would not let me get my belongings out of the car til I pay for the tow bill and plus don’t care about cars when get wrecked plus damage ur car more and lie about it so don’t use them for nothing
We have always gotten our cars serviced at A1 Automotive and will continue to do so. Rusty and his staff are awesome and very knowledgeable. I stopped by today to make my appointment for my service and they checked the tire pressure in my tires and I am good to go until my service appointment.
The owner that's place is racist he don't like black folks I would never use this place due to the fact of him calling people again word and trying to run them off the road and stuff
rude and condescending, granddaughter was passenger in car that was wrecked. REFUSED to let us get her I phone until I advised I would show up with the law to get our property back, then suddenly phone was no longer in the vehicle. These people take the cake on shady and dishonesty. Takes advantage of peoples losses. Would not recommend at all

Never believe them at their word.
Crazy prices and they'll take forever to take care of you, especially if the repair job is under warrantee.
In the end, what should have been a repair under warrantee job, and take not more than a couple hours took an entire week. Very HIGH risk regnant mom with 4 kids. Important doctors viaits and school events were all missed or nearly and made very late having to find alternate transportation because they couldnt take the time.
Then $200 later, it's still not working properly and had to be brought someplace else.

Very rude and disrespectful manager. I had to call legal help because they told my girlfriend that she couldn't have personal belongings out of her vehicle, which is not true. Also Misty wouldn't not allow me to help my girlfriend get stuff out of her car. She had broken her back during the crash of which they had her vehicle. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. Would not reccomend to anyone EVER!!
I have not only had the pleasure of having my own truck worked on here, but my mother in laws, my wife’s, my daughters, my nieces, my friends, coworkers, and neighbors. This mechanic shop is by far the most honest , respectable, reasonable, customer satisfaction based shop I have ever been to. Rusty is the most knowledgeable mechanic. He even takes the time to explain the problem or goes to great lengths let u know EXACTLY what the issue was. Austin is patient but fast n does his best to fit u in if u have an emergency come up but have no appt. Misty acts like each vehicle she toes is her own n treats or babies it as such. There isn’t enough space on here to truly gt our point across of how AMAZING this shop is. Thank u to all the folks at A-1 for treating my family n I as ur family

Maybe this was a good, honest business 4 or 5yrs ago? Horrible place! They totally take advantage/rip-off people, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
Had a timing belt kit installed on a '99 Toyota Camry. He also replaced motor mount that was found to be bad while doing the scheduled work. Still stayed on the estimated price. The price was very reasonable. This is a nice family owed local business. I recommend them without reservation.
this has to be the most dishonest business EVER !! Car was towed Sat afternoon. (unpaid court fines = jail and bond) out Sun. nite ($1000) and called about my car Monday afternoon. Was told it was $130. Didn't get there till lunch time Tuesday and the price had increased to $220 !! When I ask about it, I was told "we try to give people a break on Monday !!" Why wasn't I told that on the phone ?? $30 a day storage ?? What a rip off !! Isn't there a legal limit to what they can charge for "storage"?? Never have any car work done there !! There's NO TELLING how dishonest the bill would be !! But-I will be filing a complaint with the BBB !!!!
