Mr.steve and his secretary were AMAZING our technicians were in a VERY bad accident and both taken to the hospital in bad shape we (owners) went to clean out truck they were super nice gave bags and boxes to help and helped unload. Just all around SUPER NICE and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! Thanks guys!

This sweet gentleman came out and saved me when I locked my keys and everything in the car. Everywhere else was going to take hours and he came right out got me squared away within half an hour. Absolutely will use him again for either towing or a locksmith!

Steve has been around the York Area all his life . He's a reasonable and respectful guy. He's helped me and our family several times when we needed his help with our vehicle's!
It was late at night around midnight he seemed a little annoyed at receiving my request for service. He came anyways. He provided excellent knowledge and service. Just be aware if it's late he might have a little tude.
Been calling Steve's Towing for 2 days to get a vehicle towed to Rock Hill... left messages.. no answer, no return call.. not sure how they stay in business when you don't answer the phone. Thank God there are other services that actually answer.
I am so grateful to Steve! He helped me out of a bind, and he even let me ride with him to the auto place to have my tires replaced. He was so kind! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. DEFINITELY recommend!!

Steve is the shyt !. He comes everytime I call and need something out of my car and he cares about the vehicles they are locked protected and surveillanced. I would use him all the time!!!
Steve made a tense situation so much easier! He arrived within minutes and had our vehicle loaded and moving to its destination at our home quickly and efficiently. We needed a second tow the next day to bring it to the repair shop when they were open and he was prompt and courteous for that visit as well...overall great service!
Steve is a great guy who does a good job at towing. Even old fashioned and down to earth like myself. What is lacking at Steve's Towing is a proper amount of investment put back into the business. It shows with no customer service, buildings needs maintenance, the whole tow yard needs tidying up, but the tow truck itself is clean and maintained well beyond standards. Besides the clean and maintained tow truck the only thing that looks like it has been maintained is the surveillance equipment and electronics I saw. Three stars because I see Steve's Towing is a diamond with the potential to outshine the competitors, but has not finished being polished.
He has came and unlocked my truck twice w no charge ! 2nd time I locked my kid in my truck w it running ! I offered him a hundred dollars and he wouldn't take it he said there was no way he could charge me to help rescue my kid he is a stand up guy in my book !
He came to look at the car, said he had to go get gas and would be right back and never came back. There were 3 gas stations right around the corner. Had to call another service.
