Drew is amazing. He showed up at 2am on a week night, about 20 minutes after we called, to help us change a flat. He had a smile on his face and the calmest energy. We used Titus through USAA Roadside assistance. We were originally assigned a different company who accepted the job and then after over an hour of waiting, dropped it. Titus was reassigned and within 5 minutes I received a call from the driver, Antony, who was already en route. He was kind, professional, and helpful. Called Thursday to set up a pickup for Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM. Called back at 8:40 Tuesday morning and was told there was someone in front of me and that they might be there in an hour and a half. Explained I had made an appointment for my car at 9am and that wouldn't work. The dispatcher claimed he would come get my car personally, the shop was only 15 minutes from my house. 9:50 AM, truck finally shows up, but I had already called a different company. Instead of going into work late and staying late, I had to take a half day off because these people can't keep their word.

Drew did an excellent job and agreed to tow my car a longer distance to get me closer to home, even though it probably cost him money because of his long trip back with no vehicle on his truck. I wanted to take a minute and say that I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Titus towing . The driver contacted me and advised of his ETA. I explained that my college student was on the highway alone and he went and helped her in a professional timely manner. He spoke to my husband to explain his findings and got my daughter back on the highway safely. He was extremely helpful and courteous.
Amazing service. Drew was an amazing guy. He fixed the problem with our Suburban and we didn’t even need to tow it, after his repair. We still used the tow service to have a mechanic double check everything. Very helpful. Great job! I will call him again next time.
