Paid 1650.00 for a motor they assured us was checked again before taken out of vehicle and there was no issues. After working 3 days to put what I was told a good engine in the vehicle it smoked so bad you couldn’t see behind it. I contacted them and Cecil and Marie have the most nasty attitude and only want to “check” the vehicle when clearly I wouldn’t trust them with a vehicle when they can’t even be honest about a engine they sold me! They want your money but will NOT make the bad motor good that they sold me!

Drove a hour and an a half because they said they had the part get there and they don't have it

I waited a hour for a tire while all the workers just walk around ain’t doing nothing that whole hour

Great people to deal with. I have been for a long time now.

To high for parts

We were on our way to take my two granddaughters to Pawleys Island Beach when my son's truck started acting up. Found out that it was fuel injector. Staff was very professional and worked on the truck and got us back on our way in about 2 and a half hours. Granddaughters loved playing with Bo Tiger and the other cat which my granddaughter dubbed it penguin. Thank you so much. Great service and people.

Unfortunately the part I called about the car was crushed. But in the past they had every part I needed and they were great

asked about a trailor hitch they insisted they had on thursday- today is monday still they HAVE NOT pulled the part- DONOT do business with this place. when i insisted about the time lenth the reply was a racial one- racisim is still here and strong at M&M auto parts in Hemingway sc.

My husband called to check for a part and price. He was told they had it. I drove 36 miles to get it. They had me wait for them to look for it when I got there. Then, I was told the part they had was broken. I only came this far because I called around looking for the part and this shop CLAIMED they had a useable part. Didn’t even have a hint of remorse for the slackness on their part. WASTE OF TIME AND GAS! DON’T SHOP HERE!

They dont even answer the phone with the business name. Woman is always rude. Saying they don't have parts when i know foe a fact they do. Always wants new prices for old worn out parts.

Never again, all the parts I got from them(2 starters & 3 alternators) were bad.I suggest buying brand new parts instead of used ones.
