The Chris auto towing in Florence location is the BOMB !! Enjoy using them it was very last minute and still they managed to assist me with VIP SERVICE!!! Set up a tow through my insurance, there was an issue with the insurance labeling the tow as something else, which could have had me waiting another 30 minutes to an hour for a different truck, but the tow truck driver stepped up and we were able to get it fixed and get my car to the mechanic’s.
On October 16, 2025 afternoon, I used Chris's Auto Towing after my car broke down unexpectedly. My tow truck driver communicated his status frequently. He was very polite and helpful. I would recommend the company.

The driver was very nice, professional and knew well how to do his job.
We told USAA we didn't need a battery jump, but it ended up we did in order for him to put it in neutral to load it on his tow truck. Thank God the driver came prepared and was able to jump start. He also determined it was a bad alternator. He was 100% correct.

My tire was flat this morning they fixed it this is a picture of my flat tire. They got it done in a timely manner I didn’t have to wait long at all I felt refreshed when I left it can be rough on a woman when things like this happens at 530 in the morning but they made me feel better.
This is a wonderful and friendly company, if you ever need them for anything. Both of my vehicles were bogged down in my yard and the mechanic reassured me that he can get both vehicles out and he did. The mechanic was very nice and polite and we had the most friendly conversations and most of all.....he loved what he does. It's hard to find mechanics like that nowadays. So, if you ever in need of customer service that is beyond, please look up Chris's Auto Mechanics....

Chris’s Auto is absolutely amazing & they take pride in delivering great Customer Service. I have used them in the past and they DO NOT DISAPPOINT. Trying to maneuver a dirt road with large deep potholes, I ended up with the right front tire of my truck in a ditch. I called, the gentleman told me when the driver would arrive. Received a call from the driver, Joe, super nice, friendly, & professional, almost made me forget my predicament. He arrived when he said he would, assessed the situation, performed winch-out, had my truck out in less than 5 minutes. I won’t tell you who not to use. But if you want the job done in a timely manner, and done CORRECTLY, USE CHRIS’S AUTO.
I own a 1991 M923A2/5ton military truck that recently had fuel issues & broke down while I was driving. My roadside assistance insurance contacted Chris's Auto Towing to recovery my truck & take it to a local diesel repair shop. Military trucks are complicated to make it simple, but Chris & his crew were able to get to towed to Diesel Specialists. Thank you to Chris & his crew for their help & I will recommend them to everyone I know.
