If it wasn't for the Hemingway office I would've went to a negative 2 stars. I had to call the Conway office and the lady had to be one of the rudest idiots in the world. Not only did she cut me off before finding out what the situation was but she also was not trying to help and told me NO...not because it couldn't be done it was because her driver is too busy to do it.
This place is the worst scrap yard I've ever been to. Had a large amount of grade A copper , trying to low ball me with price. I took my copper and left. Lady at the window is a rude gip. Someone needs to slap her and put some sense into her.
The employees are friendly however their scrap prices are ridiculously low. U may have to drive a little further but prices at other scrap yards are more reasonable. Wouldn't recommend this place for selling scrap.
Lady in front office was very rude. I stood in the front office for 10+ minutes, she never acknowledged me and kept talking on the phone as if I were invisible. I arrived at 4:50, they close at 5:00. So I got tired of being ignored and walked out to the yard only to be told by someone else "can't help you, were about to close" wow
The people that run the yard have no interest in selling. The person I dealt would not leave the break trailer. After I found a few things, I needed to talk to someone else. However, he did not know the phone number. To get the number I had to drive to the main office some three miles away. The next day “yard foreman” twice said he would call me back with some prices but, did not. If you are looking to buy any amount of metal do not waste your time at this place
