The employees act like they don't know you don't want you in there don't say hey don't say bye they are totally different from Napa they are totally different from AutoZone so I would not advise going to Advance Auto Parts in Hemingway South Carolina that is not a good store and they're out of stock of everything that is related to a truck specifically!

Great service but always can improve. Nothing in my mind deserves a perfect rating. That said this is a great auto repair store .Good to have in a town slightly bigger than your yard.

Friendly service i ordered a part had it next morning i provided part number from their website myself.30% of employees at advanced know a good amount about vehicles but easily the rest doesnt have a clue of what the parts do or what there use is. The only problem i had which i tend to have with alot of businesses is that if you close at 8 then lock that door at 8 not 7:45 or 7:59 but 8. Other than that there reasonably priced but seem to change their staff very often which can make process slow with new users to their system. Maybe more incentives to your employees will make them stay.

The staff here are very friendly and quick on their feet. They do their very best to satisfy their customers. Sure theres times when they may not have what u need in stock but that's a chance we take with any parts place. I would recommend Advance Auto Parts to anyone whose looking for quality parts at a reasonable price.

My experience today was awesome. I was able to place my online, use a coupon code and fill out a survey and receive the part I wanted in, I'll say 15 minutes for in stock parts. Great customer service, very helpful. Thanks!
