I purchased a vehicle from Hercules towing the first week of August. Within a week the serpentine belt popped, the water pump cracked, and the alternator burned out, and I was stuck without transportation.
When I purchased the vehicle I spent 7k all cash. Two days later I took the car for valvoline for an oil change. About 2 days after the oil change all this occurred. I initially thought the oil change may have led to this but after speaking with men in my community I believe I was sold a 7k lemon. I will be reaching out to consumer affairs and the bbb.
As a woman I felt safe to buy the car due to the overall great reviews Hercules had and their willingness to meet me in the police parking lot to exchange the funds.

Had a pretty simple job needed a car moved from the street into driveway, came out quickly, got the job done in a few seconds , real stand up dude will definitely be using again in the future
I’m another tow company I was stuck in the mud trying too save one of my customers and he pulled up and saved both of us and whould not take any money just wanted too help we need more people like this in the world thanks

Great service. Within 30 minutes of me calling, Hercules showed up. He even helped me troubleshoot what was going on with me vehicle. Used great care in towing my vehicle. I recommend Hercules to anyone in need of a tow.
The owner was very professional and he came right out with no hesitation it was like one call that's all most definitely will be calling him soon and not only did he tow my truck but he got to the location and had end up towing my sister boyfriend car when he didn't have to do it but he did and he made me felt like I can always count on him for his service great job!!! The owner was very nice and professional. He came out late at night, towed my truck and offered my son and I a lift to a safe place until my ride arrived. He had my truck fixed in 2 days and stayed open late for me to get there. Stand up guy and will recommend Hercules towing to anyone in the area.
