The attendant driving a red truck parked and standing outside the locked gate at 5:57 10/21/25 Friday chatting with another person in a truck partial blocking the road. I had to look again at the hours....7pm or no?

I’ve been here several times to drop of bulk items that don’t fit in the trash bins in the City. Staff is always helpful and good to speak with.

As usual I proceeded to this "recycling center" to take in my household garbage only to find I had driven several miles for nothing as they decided (unannounced) to do some kind of work there and I was turned around. This is no longer a recycle center as they no longer take glass or plastics but they sure do like aluminum cans so they can pick them out and sell them. The only vehicles they were allowing in were some construction equipment and dump trucks. Way to go!

There's plenty of room for all your recyclables and old furniture and household stuff you no longer have need of.

Can't recycle plastic bottles, glass or paper. How's that a recycling center?

Caretaker person is always so friendly , always clean in the area, I've never had any problems.

The yard waste bin is always full on Sunday and they dont empty it. Should be open more days!
