Absolutely disappointed with the way they run their business. My husband called multiple times, was very clear what had to be scraped. He was given a price over the phone. He called yet again to double check what he had and was given the same price again on the SAME day he recycled, to have them change the price on the scale. He was very clear on what he was scraping for multiple people to tell him it was a misunderstanding and nothing they could do because the boss was out of town.We drove 40/45 minutes out of our way to get the price that was given on the phone to be ripped off. Not sure we will return if this is how they are running their business.
Worst scrap yard in SC. Takes 2hrs to get through the lines. Doesn’t matter if you’re here on first thing Tuesday or weekend. The place is useless. If you value your time, gas, metal, anything else do not go here.
Dropped of some recycling of metal, mostly aluminum cans, five construction bags worth got me $70+! Great service and professional staff. The access could be better when dropping simple aluminum but it works.
This the only place in sumter county that except scrap and they don't give you the value of your scrap. You have to go with what you have. This is what they know!!!☹☹🤬🤬
I said good morning to the young guy and he didn't reply so I said you're not going to say good morning and then he said it.He had a little attitude early in the morning.He got a little nicer after that.Everyone else was nice to me. 7/6/22 #007
There website says they are open till 4:30pm they tell you 4:30 and you get there and you get there and they tell you and they send you back and tell you sorry we close at 4 and you're going to come back tomorrow even though it says 4:30
