I went in today and tried to get my car diagnosed. The girl working there was super nice and patient!! They changed my battery and added oil. I just needed to pay for the battery and oil. they changed and added for free :). I am very grateful they were super nice since i get anxiety about car stuff 😆

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Aaron. He helped me change my car battery and took the time to answer all my questions without any hesitation. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He made the whole process stress-free. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!

Check engine light on. they did a scan. Vapor lock. They cleared the light. All is good.

I went to go buy a pair of windshield wipers and the manager of the store had trouble putting them on but he didn't stop until they until he found a way to get them on and they were on properly and he took the time and I like them for that

My battery died Monday evening, and it was right at 8:30 when I got someone to jump me off. Two other places would not help me because it was close to closing time, but the guys at Auto Zone got me in and out in about 15 minutes! Great job! They are my new go to.

Where else can you have diagnostics completed and a new battery installed in 10min on your lunch break. Stephen C is the man. I’ve always had great experiences with AutoZone, happy to have another one

Johnny Lewis, such a kind hearted sweet older man. His knowledge of cars is substantial and he makes it easy to get what you need to get back on the road. The rest of the store staff does a great job of interacting with customers. It's evident that he does well to make sure his store is well run.

They were very nice and kept a battery overnight that had been purchased last year in order to re-charge it. I am extremely grateful. They did an awesome job.

Clean and we'll organized store with just about everything you'd need for a productive Saturday tune up (or an emergency Tuesday repair in the rain)! Tanja gave great service, even making a local recommendation.

I ordered a battery online and input my car info in and it said the battery would fit. Picked it up and it doesn’t fit. I took it back less than 30 minutes to exchange and the sales manager immediately gets an attitude and told me “that’s the one you ordered.” Then proceeds to return and tell me I’m not sure how your bank works with returning fund so you may have to wait, insinuating I’m broke and didn’t have the money. Waited for her to finish, left and went to O’Reilly’s where they had much better customer service.

I came in today looking for a 4 cycle SAE 10 W30 oil for my lawn mower. As soon as I entered and told them what I needed this Black guy on duty said he'd just signed out indicating he's off duty. So I informed him I didn't care who helped me...wasn't really talking to him anyway necessarily because there was 2 people behind the counter. So the young white guy tried to help...but he doesn't know anything...especially when it comes to helping customers! He's probably good at checking folk out. There was a T4 SAE 10 W30...but he had no earthly idea if it was what I needed. So as I'm leaving the store the Black guy is still behind the counter hiding his face. What a waste of human space in that store today. Usually when I'm in there customer service is top notch...but not today. They are ridiculous!!!!

This place is honestly just like any other auto parts store. It's not exactly like they have anything special that say advance, or O'Reilly's has. These stores are too very close to each other all within about a mile. However there is one reason as to why I go or AutoZone over Advance, and O'Reilly's. It's the people, Wether it's Johnny or any of the others, these people always treat me with respect and help me find what I'm looking for. Some of them even end up making me laugh and leave with a smile on my face. I just don't get that same experience walking into some of these other stores, heck even other Autozones. I think this store is just one of those rare hidden gems. I've been meaning to write this review for some time but this is me finally getting around to it. If I did have to say one thing for AutoZone to work on though, it would have to be their maintenance, last time I had come into the store I nearly got drenched from the AC, and the floors and counters seems to need some love, but that's all I can really think of.

Had a simple purchase of a new battery. I had went to another parts store which won’t be named, simply because it was closer. That store didn’t have the right battery but sold me one anyway which didn’t fit. Had to go back where they finally told me they didn’t have the correct one. At Autozone, not only were they professional and humorous, but they went out of their way to make me happy and take care of me. Just go there and ignore the other stores.

This store is very rude. I had a pick up order and the first man that I asked had a very nasty attitude and the second man proceeded to roll his eyes at me when I told him my name. The item I ordered was only $6 so what the big deal was I honestly don’t know. The second guy I talked to was also very rude the the older couple in front of me. Definitely will not be coming back.

Wide selection of auto parts and accessories. Some of the staff can give an attitude at times tho. I mean a person is already doing maintenance or repair so personally I don't need attitude when I'm most likely having problems with my vehicle.

Very helpful employees. I thought my battery was still under warranty, but because the battery I had was a warranty replacement, they based the warranty on the battery before. Shouldn't the warranty start over with a brand new battery? Batteries have a 2 year warranty and iif I had a brand new battery, shouldn't that warranty start with it? Almost seems like they were just trying to MAKE me pay for a battery that wasn't even 2 years old.

Good customer service only real complaint I have and why I don't have 5 stars have nothing to do with this location but the company as a whole. I can walk in any location go to your website and get instant saving up to 15 percent on avg walk out with the part yet I can't do that that at the register. Pour move in my opinion. If you want to show your customers you really appreciate there business give them the convince to choose how to shop but the same savings.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have $300 just hanging out in limbo somewhere with Autozone and when I called this morning to inquire about it the lady tells me to contact the bank. The issue is not with the bank as I already spoke to them yesterday. She would have known that had she not rudely hung up on me. Thanks a lot you guys! I will never shop at an Autozone again. There's Advance auto across the street or O' reilys a little ways down the road. I have now disputed the charge with my bank.

The staff is knowledgeable of parts and accessories and very helpful. The employee who helped find my windshield wipers also offered to install. Great service, great value!

The people here are rude. They've opened late multiple times. When we asked why we were told "there was traffic". This location is in a busy part of town, it's a given that upon should prepare yourself for traffic... I just go to Advanced Auto next door where they aren't as rude and are more reliable.

When the managers know you by first name and know you're a pro it helps but I've seen them treat every customer in front of them the same as they do me. With grace, respect and dignity.

Great prices, competitive and I love there PROGRAM where you get $20.00 back when you stick with parts. They keep me satisfied as a loyal customer. Now the counter men are not behind the counter any more there computers can be access for customers viewing. Great idea guys. Love this feature.

I came in at the end of the day. The guys were very helpful and quite funny. A good selection available in the store and online. Easy to get into and out of from Main Street.

Wouldn't let these guys lick dog sh** off my shoe. Zero help, made the comment "sounds like a question for a mechanic, I just sell parts" older bald mr clean looking dumbass. Went next door to advance and they were more than helpful. Bought my part there
