Walked into the store, 2 employees wouldnt even acknowledge I was there. Spoke to them, telling them good morning and they still wouldnt speak or even look at me.

Reggie answered a bunch of questions, tested 3 of my batteries and installed a new one. there was also a girl working who was very friendly and answered a couple questions for me. This guy and store rocks. He was working hard!
While one may consider that all auto parts stores are the same, I have been impressed with the friendliness and professional assistance at this establishment. I am not a big car guy, so my purchases are more run-of-the-mill and maintenance. The store provides the products and services to meet my. I also appreciate the manner in which the store and grounds are maintained - clean and neat.
This O'Reilly Auto Parts on East Main St in Spartanburg SC was absolutely AMAZING today!!! The customer service was very good!! Shelby and Carl were really great to deal with!! They were really on top of their Jobs and really knowledgeable in their tools they have to answer any questions to guide me in the right direction, to get the right Parts and antifreeze for my Dodge Ram 1500!! Thank You for the great customer service and conversation!!! I'll definitely shop at this location in the future!!!
Exceptional service! I needed a new battery for my car, my husband went inside to purchase and pay. The employee came out pushing a cart with my new battery and all the tools he needed to replace it right there in the parking lot.

Very well versed on different vehicles and parts. May not know everything there is to know about automobiles but they will go the extra mile to try and narrow down your search so that you get the right thing! One guy up there is really good with parts and repairs on old tractors and farm equipment too!
The guy at the register was rude and argumentative. Definitely will not be back. Headlights went out going down the road with my children in the car i was already freaking out and he had an attitude as soon as i came in.
I went to buy fuel line at the store on E Main St in Spartanburg. I asked for 3/8 inch fuel line and I needed 6 ft. The sales person cut the line and I was told it would be $56.43. I told her that I thought that was very high and she said that it was like everything else and was higher. I paid and went home and put the hose on. The next day I called 2 other O’Reillys and asked how much 3/8 inch fuel line was. Both stores said it was $2.99 a foot. I was charged 8.79 a foot. I went back to the O’Reilys on E
Main and told them what I had found out. The manager was asked about the situation and I was told I asked for the wrong thing and they wouldn’t do anything. I asked for the right thing and was sold the wrong thing. I was excited when O’Reillys moved close to me and it has been my first choice since they opened. Unfortunately I will now be going to one of the other 2 auto parts stores just down the street.
Very nice and clean.the experts and knowledgeable people who are willing to analyze any mechanical problem that you may have also the best prices for the auto parts and merchandise.
I have found this store to be very helpful. We don't really need a lot of parts, but have been there for various cleaning products. The man behind the counter was very helpful. A good selection. If you're in need of parts for your car, I'm sure they will be glad to help.
I do not get to shop here often. My son and i stopped in here looking for a spark plug. Soon as we walked in both associates said, hello. i told them i normally do not come without a part or part number. They told me no worries and began helping find the correct spark plug. The supervisor went to retrieve the part. Sam began talking to me and asked if it was for my son. i told him yes. it was for his 4 wheeler. He began talking to my son, telling him he was going to have fun this weekend. Sam and his supervisor went out of there way to help and were very friendly. A refreshing experience shopping some place folks did not seem so down.
First time going there to get to get fuel injectors for my truck. Took 4 days to get them. When I received them. One of the injectors was used and should of not been in there new inventory. The store manager was nice about it and apologized for the problem and order another one. And received it the next day.
Way friendlier staff than the Asheville Hwy store. William was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Brad was quite friendly and helpful as well. Fully recommend!
Was doing a brake job on my 05 Ford Ranger. Went to another store and they didn't want to turn the rotors, they wanted to sell me some for $75 a piece. I went to Orielly's on E. Main and Claude Thomas measured the rotors, said it was worth trying but I'd have to buy new ones if they came in below spec. Came back an hour later and because Claude decided to put forth the extra effort to try, he saved me $150 and rotors came in right above spec. I will always come to Orielly's on E. Main first every time. Thank you for saving me money and I bought a higher quality of brake pad than I originally planned because of the great service.
I don't know much about cars and I have a lot of anxiety but the guys in here where super friendly and funny! Got me a new battery within 20 minutes of paying and installing and I was out the door. They didn't oversell or upsell because I am clueless they got me exactly what I needed at an affordable cost.
We love the personalized service O'Reillys always provides us. Claude assisted us today, and we could see he is extremely knowledgeable ( and personable). We will look for him to assist us on our next visits!
when I asked the store associates for help, they looked at me like I was inconveniencing them. you're an associate at an auto parts store... you have one job to do. i'm sorry this is what you chose to do with your life, and I understand that your wife probably emasculates you everyday, however proper customer service is key and you're missing the mark.
