Was going to buy 2 new tires but tech spoke to us and said there was life in the tires so they did patch ch and checked alignment. For a lot less. They could have sold new tires but gave honest advice and gained a lifelong customer.

I made an appointment online, which was very easy. All the employees I interacted with were very courteous and my routine maintenance didn't take long at all.

Thank you! Blew tire 4 hours from home. They worked me in, explained everything, took extra time to access possible damage. Highly recommend.

I got a low air notice on my tire, and I had a very important meeting the next day, approx 40 miles away. I googled the closest tire shop near me, and Firestone came up. I called them and spoke with Tommy. He told me to come right in and they had it fixed within the hour. Firestone save the day for me!! They've earned my continued business, I hope they earn yours too!

Had to get an appointment. Sat for 20 minutes past the appointment time before the car was ever taken into the bay. An hour later we were still sitting waiting for the car to only have 4 tires put on. The guy that was in the front kept going into the back. Left people standing waiting for service for over 30 minutes. Phone calls were going unanswered. Walked past me sitting in the lobby and never even acknowledged me or let me know how much longer it was going to take to replace 4 tires.

Great experience, Tommy was very helpful and went over and above tracking down the right tires for my 2018 Toyota Sequoia!

The guy with the 2 letter name working behind the counter had terrible customer service skills. Acted like hot stuff the entire time. Refused to communicate. Vibe of a 16 year old who is mad at you. Tried to upsell me on a tire alignment. Told him I had the lifetime alignment. Gave a big sigh. They did not align or balance the tires. Had to take it to another firestone shop to get those done. Then he made the checkout process a confusing nightmare.

Thomas, Dequan, and Caleb were awesome in providing great customer service, quick and effecient deals, as well as Thomas informing of specials.

My Mom has a VW Tiguan that we just got a new battery for. The system needs to be reset with an OBD reader or it will ruin the battery. Nobody in Gaffney or Spartanburg has the equipment to do this. They claim they’re all broken. We were referred to Firestone. Thankfully, David was able to do everything that needed to be done. And he didn’t even charge her. David was very friendly and prompt. Thank you again David for your help!

My husband and I were traveling over the Thanksgiving holiday and broke down while still far from home and were towed here because they were thankfully open on a Sunday. The diagnostics couldn't be run until that Monday, but we were kept in the loop the entire time. Parts had to be ordered but everything was completed that same Monday and we were able to complete our trip home. Everyone I spoke to was incredible helpful and friendly and I am so impressed with the fast turnaround.

Tommy Dimsdale made sure a thorough inspection of my cars issue was performed, clearly communicated the issues and kept me informed of the progress of the repairs.

Guy operating the front desk was so rude and curt. Nothing like the guy I encountered 3 days ago. Very disappointed Firestone I have bought my last 3 sets of tires brand new at Firestone at this same location.

My wife and I stopped in to have with a dying battery. Tommy was great---courteous, clearly communicated replacement options, and professional. I would highly recommend this location.

If I could give Firestone Complete Auto Care zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience was nothing short of a disaster. We took my car in for what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation. We were very clear with Dave about making sure to rotate the tires side to side due to their staggered setup. This was not a small detail; we had a previous debacle with this exact issue. Dave even wrote it down on the work order, or so we thought. Fast forward to later that day when we get a call telling us that two of the lug nuts were stripped and one had severe wear and tear—and all three needed replacement. Mind you, I purchased my tires from them only a few months ago! If two lugs were indeed stripped, it’s pretty clear that their team did the damage. But when we talked to Dave, he insisted it was due to "normal wear and tear." How convenient. We picked up the car in a hurry, only to get home and realize they didn’t even rotate the tires correctly! My husband called to get it sorted out, but all we got from Dave was an apathetic “well, I wrote it on the work order.” Great, thanks for that. He offered for us to come back, but let's be real: you can’t drive with larger tires on one side than the other. So, there went our afternoon plans. We had to cancel everything just so my husband could fix the mistake Firestone made. The lobby has this ridiculous sign begging for 5-star reviews, which is laughable because they clearly need to cover up all their terrible feedback! We made it crystal clear that we will never return, and surprisingly, Dave seemed unfazed by it all. If you're looking for reliable auto care, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Firestone. You’ll thank yourself later!

I had my tires rotated on Tuesday and the store associate let me know that they could not rotate my back tires due to not being able to get the tire off. They blamed this on a nut that would not break loose. I left and took my truck to the man that put my tires on only two months prior, and he found that the team at Firestone had messed up the nut on the back tire which caused it to become wedged. It took him more than an hour to fix the mistake of Firestone when they had been the only people to mess with my tires. They did not even fill the air in the tires to the correct pressure while they had it. We had a lifetime alignment with the company but we will not be returning after this issue.

Called them 30 minutes before close asking for help with my tires. Tommy told me to xome on in. I got there with in 10 minutes to closing he was still able to get me in and try to find the problem.

No clue why these people have a 4 star rating. Took a vehicle into them to check rear tire making noise. They checked everything we didn’t ask for, and listed all the things the vehicle needed. Said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the rear tire. Charged us $90 to look at it and not resolve the issue. I will never go back and will not recommend them. They’re a rip off!

Went in because we found a nail in our tire. They were able to deal with the nail in our tire and did not charge us since the tire did not need to be patched after removing the nail. They put it down as the courtesy inspection.

I rarely leave reviews; more rarely are they negative. I’ve brought two or our vehicles to this Firestone location primarily for alignment and tires. I find the lifetime alignment service to be a solid value and the Firestone team has been helpful. During my most recent visit for an alignment, I requested a patch where a nail was embedded in the tread. I was informed the repair wasn’t possible due to the wear. I understood Firestone’s policy to mitigate liability as well as an opportunity to up-sale. I opted to only purchase the alignment and repair the tire myself. When I returned home, I couldn’t find the nail; rather, I heard the air leak where the nail was removed by Firestone. They removed the nail without repairing the hole, and they added air back to the tire. The potential for failure was significantly increased by these actions. By removing the nail Firestone had already begun the repair process. This was incredibly irresponsible and I’m left fairly upset. Thankfully I had the equipment to make the quick repair myself.

The short of it: Careful using your warranty or shopping new at this location; They broke the ignition shield on my 2002 buick century then lied to my face about it. The long of it: I went to get 2 new tires put on the front. I finished parking, engaged my wheel lock and went inside. I asked for the tires I needed, they said there was about an hour wait before they could start so I gave them the keys and started walking home. The manager, David, then gets in the car but didn't start backing it up for at least as long as it took for me to walk away. I never saw him actually get my car to start. When I pick my car up the ignition shield was completely destroyed on the back where the clips hold it in and it was loosely set in place, but I didn't notice right away. I drove it home and then the ignition shield popped off when I took my keys out, first time that has ever happened. I was instantly super upset and Firestone was closing soon so I decided to wait until the next day before I went back and asked the manager David, same guy I can safely assume broke it, what their process is to fix this. He went to the back to converse with another worker before coming back with the limp excuse of "it was like that when we got it." Every trim panel and piece was in perfect condition before they touched it, I know because I inspected them all when I got the car less than 4500 miles ago at 124k and I had already replaced every broken piece! Plus I touch that same piece every single day, probably 200x times a day doing deliveries! I'd know if it was free spinning and completely fallen off, David! $20 part, it's easy enough to replace myself but regardless it shouldn't be an issue when I'm supposedly giving my business to caring technicians and an honest, reputable brand. Oh and to top it off, someone; either the Manager David or Technician Dequan (only 2 people that should've touched my car at all), spilled some soda on the back seat floorboard on the passenger side and stole a joint out of my center console. And I was really looking forward to that joint after being all upset about them breaking my ignition shield 😂 Final review: I'd recommend to use your warranty or get your new tires at any other Firestone, why risk it at this location?

David and his team take great care of my car. It is so convenient and it is always ready when I pick it up. He's even dropped my car off at my office on his way home. They make sure I get the pricing of any applicable specials they are running. They let me know if there is anything my car might need outside of the scheduled maintenance or tires, but never make me feel pressured to do anything extra. They have hours that work with my schedule and are always so accommodating.

I am a woman and I took my Jeep Wrangler here because it was shaking when I turned right. They had told me that my swaybar links needed it replaced and then tried to offer me a bunch of other services that I didn’t even really need so I went ahead and got the sway bar links replaced. I also got my tie rod ends replaced And had two alignments done and the shaking just got worse. So I got an inspection from them and nothing really pointed toward a problem with my suspension. They said I had uneven tire wear (duh???) so that’s what they suggested I get… So I went ahead and got the swaybar links replaced, new tires, and tire rods ends replaced and then my brother seen the sway bar links weren’t even placed correctly. Caused me more issues with my vehicle as the shaking got progressively worse to the point I couldn’t even drive it. My transmission mount broke and my drive axle actually completely broke and my structs went bad. I had my brother in law replace them with parts from autozone. After that my Jeep stopped shaking. Now, how in the world after an inspection and multiple different trips to Firestone and all this was changed on my vehicle along with brand new tires and 2 alignments did my car shake worse than before. I don’t trust these people I will NEVER be back.
