We smoked a deer who lost horribly at a morning game of Frogger. He busted through the plastic grill, exploding it like my kid’s Lego ship that took me 3 hours to build and 5 minutes for him to drop. The deer busted the radiator and we were stuck. DeAndrew came and towed our car for us. He was awesome. He was very professional and kept us updated from start to finish. I strongly recommend not getting them to fix your car or getting a car from Larry he is all about money don’t care about the next person he will sell you a bad vehicle. I brought a 2013 dodge caravan from him. And he made it seem like he was all for me. He gave me a 90 day warranty only on Motor and Transmission. He only gave me that cause I wouldn’t buy it without it. The transmission start acting up and I brought it back to him he act like it was something else he clear all the codes of the van. Kept my van for three weeks.I Call him he was acting like he was somebody else keep from talk to me about the van. I went to his shop and I told his son that it not right that he had my vehicle for three weeks and don’t want to let me know about what going on with the vehicle. He finally showed to the shop talking about this is bad business.i had call him several times after that trying to get him to replace the transmission had no success reaching him.I had to replace transmission,oil housing radiator water pump since I had the vehicle. Now I’m having wiring problems with the vehicle.I have not had it for no more than five months. I’m a single mother of two kids with no job and I told him that I just want a vehicle to get me back and forth. And he gave me his word that the van was fine. I took all my savings money to get the vehicle now I’m without a vehicle. I for got to mention that he sold me the van for 4,500 with all these problems.

We bought three vehicles from this towing company. It took 6 months to get truck. We had to take him to court to get the truck. They called the law on us. When we went to the place to ask when the truck would be ready We were only trying to get the vehicle we bought. Once we picked the truck up. It still wasn't running right. We have never received a title to one vehicle still waiting for it. He didn't want to sign the bill of sale. Because he didn't want to show he sold the van. So we let him have the title back and he would get a new title. It has been 7 months and he still have gotten a title. We are going to take him to court on that one also . It was a title max car. The other vehicle motor locked up the second time we drove. They say they stand behind their work Wrong answer. Please beware of this place. If you would like to check the court you are welcome to. We had court on June 26 2023. He didn't show up for court so Richland County received a pickup order to get the truck.

These fellas have great used cars I Highly recommend them great customer service straight forward people of course with a use car there are things to work on or touch up on as a responsible owner but I can back vouch the transmission and motor are good to go prices are reasonably and they work with all the buyers if you need a car this is the safest place

Called big guy towing keys was locked in my rig called them and I swear they were there in 20 mins unlocked my door got my keys out for me. Gotta give it to them they where fast knew there work and was out the door and at a hell of a price thanks Larry at big guy towing you a life saver.

This Tow operator has no regard for other businesses. He used our self serve carwash in Columbia today. When driving in, his truck broke our height limit bar. He proceeded into the wash, just got out of his truck and tossed the height bar to the side in the wash bay paying no regard for our equipment. Then, when I call him to get reimbursed for the damage he did to our wash, he threatens me with lies. No way anybody should have this towing company tow their car, who knows what may happen!!
