I brought in some scrap copper wire from electrical jobs. You can tell this is a big operation with a lot of trucks coming through, but I at no point felt rushed by the crews on site. Lots of folks may fuss about the cashier. I got told that only one person is allowed in the office after reading the clearly-posted sign.
She is doing her job, and managing an unruly, thankless task that is vital.

Prices maybe down but the staff is still friendly. Guys in the back were great directing me on what to do (shout out to Taurus from another Taurus). Woman in the front was very patient with me. Explained to me how to use the ATM very clearly and directed to me to the website to sign up for future promos. 10/10 will return.
