I made an appointment with the son. I come by and the mother(unprofessional, customer service skills are non-existent) says her son is out sick and come back another time. I told her I had an appointment. Again she said he's out and she doesn't know when he'll be back and come back another time. There was no effort to see if someone else could assist me or even find out what I needed. I told her it was an inconvenience for me to just come all this way(I don't live in the area) and come back and not even know for sure when it's going to get worked on. I asked twice "So there's no one else here that can help me?". There was still no effort to accommodate me. Once I said nevermind and I would just go somewhere else, only then did she bother to check and see if her husband(owner) could work on it. The office is dirty, the chairs are dusty, there's an old bookshelf in the corner with dusty dog eared phone books. They told me to leave my number for them to call me when it's done. The next day, I waited all day and no one ever called me like they said they would. Finally I called them only for them to tell me it had been ready for a while. At that point they closed in an hour and I had no one to take me up there. I told the owner I was coming by the next day. I get there and I'm told the owner is not there, the wife is at home, the son is out sick and no one else is allowed to process my payment except the owner because the office was locked. They told me he'd be right back and I could wait-indefinitely-for him or come back. I cleaned out my car before I left it there but forgot about the $20 in my change drawer because I never use cash. Of course it was missing when I got my car back. I let the owner know and before I could finish my sentence, his reaction was completely unprofessional, irate, yelling, kept interrupting me and ranting "Why did you leave it in there???? You shouldn't have left it in there!!!!" Just going on and on, etc . . . I had to tell him repeatedly don't raise your voice at me and please let me speak. He still wouldn't calm down. Then he brings all of his employees out to ask them in front of me. Of course they all denied it. Only one of them actually answered the question. Then he tells me just go! Just leave! I don't need this! Nobody stole from you! This has never happened since I've been in business! Etc . . . He also had the audacity to start complaining to my uncle who drove me up there-right in front of me-all the while leaning on my vehicle saying "was actin' like the car needed to be done so badly and didn't even come get it yesterday!" REALLY!?!? There's so much more but it's too long to put. No one had a mask covering their face either. What stands out to me the most is the unprofessionalism, zero customer service, apathetic and nasty attitudes the owner and owner's wife have. DON'T GO THERE!
This place has been in business since 1957 and never been sued. They kept their word and delivered on promises. My vehicle looks amazing and the work they did is beautiful. Thank you for honesty and diligence in delivering as promised.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! THEY DID NOT FINISH MY CAR ON TIME!! They told me it would cost $1000. The day my car was supposed to be ready they told me the paint needed to finish drying. They said they would call me back later. No on ever called. When I called back I was told I could pick it up the next day. My sisters went to gey my car for me and they refused to give it to them. They said I needed to pay $900 more dollars. NO ONE EVER MENTIONED THIS THE DAY BEFORE!!!! THEN THE GUY GOT AN ATTITUDE WHEN I EXPLAINED THEY WERE ALREADY LATE WITH MY CAR. He told me I could have picked my car up the day before....WHAT??!!! The point of me coming here was that they explained they could do the service for a lower price. It ended up being the same price as Caliber Collision. They would have finished the service faster. Do not waist
your time with this unprofessional business!!!!!!
UPDATE: I called to ask if Icould bring a money order because its Saturday. I explained no on called to tell me to bring additional money and my bank was closed. THEY ACCUSED ME OF TRYING TO "GET ONE OVER ON THEM"!!! Even though I had a money order and receipt.

Mr. Maurice Koger is a real an honest man. I took my Mercedes there a month ago needed the door painted and he Blended the paint superb. he was honest about not giving me a cheap job because the color would not last and he was right. You can't get a top jib for bottom pennies! I've gotten so many compliments I love it and the price was right!
wonderful people . I would recommend any and every one to them . I took my car in last Wednesday and it was done in a week ! not many shops can say that . They did an excellent job !
Mr. Koger did an excellent job removing dents from a fallen tree and repainting. Have price was very reasonable and the result excellent. We have used him in the past, and, if necessary, will use him again.
I would give them a 0. They don't deserve a 1 star. Took my car to get repair, but all they did was tape and glue my bumper. At the beginning they promise a new bumper but had the same one on their. Also, they painted over the damage like they fix something. I wouldn't recommend anyone to them. They didn't do anything to my car and for $700
