Absolutely the WORST customer service I have witnessed in a long time !!! The “manager” belittled my friend while she tried to ask about what was needed .. then when she asked for his name he refused to give it and hung up on her. !!! Beyond RUDE .. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE !! First time customers at a junk yard and just had left PULL A PART .. and I must say it was a SMOOTH WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.. BIG THUMBS UP TO PULL A PART THOUGH … and major thumbs DOWN to southern auto part .
Went from a sauna on wheels to feeling like an eskimo on a snowmobile, with the help of these people. Great price on a hard to find ac compressor. Made my day. Bless Southern Auto Parts and they kin folk.
They were very nice and courteous ... answered all my questions as correctly as he possibly could..... was extremely quick on retrieving parts we were looking for..... was extremely knowledgeable about where we could find the parts that he didn't have......
I called for a transmission and they said that they had it but when I got there they said there going to sell it the another person because he's coming from farther away than me and he was white.
these are the ruddiest people on the planet, I'm not sure if they realize the customer keeps them in business, or maybe they don't need money and are super rich, being that rude on the phone to someone they have never met and not good practice and also how you loose money,like i said they don't need money, their super rich there for they don't need any customers buying anything from them, want ever get my money, nor will i ever call back!
Just called to check for a part the lady said she didn't have anything for the year I needed so I asked about a different year and I told her that 2009 through 2015 would work and she proceeded to chew my face off and tell me that her computer interchanges and she did not have any parts I needed JUST PLAIN RUDE I WILL NEVER CALL AGAIN.
Prices are too high for body part that had scratches on it and would not adjust the price after seeing the scratches. They said a body shop can fix it no problem but I'm not a body shop. Very displeased
