The only reason I gave one star is because it is the only way to leave a comment. This “business” likes to steal from senior citizens. Towing a car that wasn’t blocking anything where there were no signs stating no parking or standing. Demanding $200 in cash for someone who was just trying to do their job. I hope someone treats your mother or grandmother the same way. I hope you feel like a big man now.
I am so happy with the service I received. I needed them to transport a nonfunctional vehicle from irmo to Texas and I am very impressed by their communication, promptness, and overall service. They quoted me earlier in the week and I was still deciding if I would junk the car or keep it. They came back a few days later with a lower offer because they had another job in the area. I am so thankful they thought to contact me because the new price made it possible to keep a family vehicle that is so sentimental to us. Brannon and his wife personally delivered my vehicle, it was in the same shape I left it in. They worked with my timeline and were able to accommodate passing through a ranch entrance that was a bit on the lower side. A big CDL truck may not have made it, but they made it work for me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!!!
I had a vehicle that I! Yes, me allowed my battery to die. thankfully, for me, somebody got arrested on a moped and a tow truck was requested. I approached. The gentleman explained my situation. He graciously agreed to attend to it as soon as he was finished. He pulled up. He pulled out his cables connected to the batteries, and the vehicle started in less than five seconds. When we were finished and he was working on my enormous bill for an effort that took two minutes total. I was going to pay with tap pay. It took him two phones to accomplish his goal. I was finally able to tap and pay my bill to the tune of $50. Now that entire process of the two phones and the tap took longer than it did to start my vehicle. Now I understand and totally expected to be charged but $30 is more reasonable considering. Anything above that you should start to feel ashamed of yourself. If it would’ve taken 30 minutes or better to jump my vehicle, I totally get it! He said if I was ever back in the area! (Blatantly stating the fact he knew I was from out of town) look us up!

He is absolute LIAR. When you try to pick up your items he make up reasons why he can't meet you. So he can charge Excessive fees. When he Never had a conversation about a fee. Lies about his location just so he can get more money.
Then he ignores calls when it's time to meet. He give tow drivers a bad name. Especially Black Businesses..
This company will soon be out of business. Do 2 for customer service not only customer service. They steal people's vehicles and belongings which will be pursued legally by many clients, do not trust.
Stop and check on us when we where broke down towed us out the rd and changed our tire and didn't even charge us a dime very nice young man thank you so much again
We parked legally at a hotel in Columbia SC. The sighs say you must pay to park, which we did. The tow company stole our vehicle and never checked with the hotel. They lied to us and the consumer affairs agency.
