This is no longer a legitimate towing service and needs to be taken down from being listed on google. I was scammed out of my money, the services were never provided, and the person I was talking to stopped responding.
The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. Took over an hour to arrive to get my car after quoting thirty minutes (mind you, being only MAYBE 15 minutes away), and additionally taking an hour to deliver my car to the drop off location due to them simply not listening to said instructions. I attempted to call 12+ times with no answer and was quoted “right down the street,” every time I asked where they were. They are severely unprepared and unprofessional. Do. Not. Support. Do. not. Call. Them. Even after the additional time and gas wasted, they charged 195 dollars. You can find cheaper and better ALL around Columbia, do not make the same mistake I did.
Set up a time where they could come pick up the company vehicle. Driver call let us know that he would be on time for pickup and when he will arrived He was very courteous and asked for permission to drive across the grass since it was easier to get to the front end of the vehicle
I really appreciated the service and payment is after service unlike another that made me pay for towing yet never showed up until Speedy Boys Towing had to come in
Johnny, towed my vehicle and hit my fence with my car. Damaged the passenger side of my vehicle and cracked my headlight. I was told by Johnny he will take care of it. I contacted him multiple times with the constant run around. I explained to him I didn’t feel comfortable using Frank Detail and Body based on the awful reviews. He stated that was fine and he will contact another shop in Elgin, which he never did. Fast forward to almost a year later. My car still hasn’t been repaired. I was told that Frank can fix my car. I agreed to let him against my better judgement. I took my car to Frank and was quoted $3074 on 4/27/2023. I called Speedy Boys towing with the amount. Johnny, stated he will call Frank and call me right back. Needless to say, he called me right back and said that Frank said I had an attitude. I was then told I need to contact the insurance carrier and have them call him. I thought he was a man of his word I guess not. He tried to blame me for causing the accident. I guess I will have to file a claim with small claims court. I really try to support our black owned businesses.
Dumbest company ever. Towed my vehicle to a repair shop and didn't inform the company that they had dropped the vehicle off and didn't leave the key to the vehicle. Haven't returned my calls or the calls for the repair shop. Have to get the police involved.
This was a very commendable, affordable, and professional experience. If you Are ever in need of a tow please contact speedy boyz towing, they will not disappoint. They are very affordable… will definitely do business with them again for all my towing needs
If I could give 6 stars I would! Speedy Boyz got to me within 20 minutes after my car insurance roadside rejected my request. Very affordable in comparison to other local towing companies. Thank you all so much. I was having A DAY and y’all turned it around for me and got my car home safe and sound. Not enough thank youuuuuuuu for y’all!
Got my car towed to my apartment yesterday in a thunderstorm by these guys! Exceptional service. They even accept card payment where most towing companies only accept cash. Greatly appreciate this company and their dedication to helping people!
I used this company for their car towing service, the lady estimated 15 minutes. They arrived before 15 minutes and their customer service was awesome. The whole experience was smooth and professional. I would use this company again if needed. Highly recommend this company.
