Good experience for the repair of my truck. Customer service was great. Easy initial contact and was kept up to date on the repair and completion. Truck looked like new when they were finished.
Car never drove the same and they BANNED me when I asked if it was safe!
This shop was referred to me by insurance after I was hit in the front fender and wheel area. Based on the reviews, I expected a reputable operation, but my experience was the opposite. The initial estimate included a charge for rear paneling despite there being no damage at all to the back of the car. When I questioned this, I was brushed off with the response, “we don’t just charge for nothing,” and quickly dismissed. I waited about three weeks for my appointment and was told the repair would take another three weeks, yet they “completed” it in half that time and barely provided any updates.
When I picked up the car, I immediately noticed issues. The interior was dirty and the car drove worse. It was louder, the AC made a harsh growling noise, and the hood rattled at idle. Within days the handling continued to decline. I contacted State Farm, who attempted a three-way call with Joe Hudson’s, but the shop refused. When I later convinced them to inspect the car, the staff quickly turned hostile. During the test drive, which they tried to exclude me from, they told me they were “only obligated to fix cosmetic issues.” When I asked if they could provide written acknowledgement of my complaints or confirm in writing that the car was safe to drive, they flat-out refused, saying “we don’t do anything in writing” before ordering me to “get the hell off our property.”
My car never drove the same after their so-called repair. In fact, it actually drove better while damaged than it did when I left their lot. I regret ever bringing my vehicle here...
**UPDATE**
After taking my vehicle to the Hyundai Dealership, it was discovered that my engine air duct was missing yet Joe Hudsons billed insurance for a part they never reinstalled! The Hyundai dealership directed me back to this shop for re-repair and when I called for a warranty reinspection, they told me they were not going give me one as there’s “nothing wrong with my car” without even looking at it. They then told me that they heard that I was talking to other body shops and that they didn’t like that and hung up the phone on me. When I let insurance know about this, they called Joe Hudson’s and called me back saying not to return for my personal safety.
TLDR: DO NOT TRUST THESE SKETCHY “MECHANICS” - THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR!!
They Really Did A Great & Superb Job On My Wifes & My Vehicles, Very Friendly Staff And I Knew Our Vehicles Were In Great Hands After Going By Shop For Estimates. They Did A Spectacular Fine Job & I Would Highly Recommend Them To Anyone...Thanks So Much❤️🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾
Excellent communication, customer service, and service all around. Had to come in for a warranty claim and they were glad to help. Which is appreciated since some shops will straight up tell you they hate doing warranty claims. Lol! Five stars - definitely recommend their business.

Joe Hudson Collision Center truly puts customers first. I went in with scratches on my hood that needed repair. They took my car back and buffed out all the scratches they could to let me decide if I wanted to repair the scratches that were left. They were patient and kind. They went out of their way to help me. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and use them for any future repairs I might need. They treat you like family!
This company is absolutely awesome! I took my car in to be repaired on a Monday. They said it would be ready on Friday. I got a phone call on Tuesday-the next day- my car was ready!! I’m still trying to figure out where the damage was!! 🤷🏽♀️😁They are just that good!! Thank you Jim for your excellent customer service! Another satisfied customer.

5 Stars!!! Kim and her team were amazing! Bottom line I am a extremely concerning customer when it comes to attention to detail. My accident occurred back in December and I was patient and waited till Kim could get me in (April). She stayed true to her word, stayed in contact with me with details with insurance and rental etc… during the whole process Kim would continue to remind me that she had me taken care of. It definitely set my anxiety at ease not only with the body repairs but importantly the insurance company and payments. The morning I picked up my truck I was skeptical as you never really know what type of workmanship you truly receive from any industry trade. Even in conversation with the technician I could tell that he corrected and put back together my truck in a manner that I would have done myself.

I just got my car back today, after less than a week of them repairing it after somebody rear ended me. They did an awesome job! And I really liked the ladies in the office. They were very nice and handled everything for me with the rental car company. Oh annnnd the vacuumed my car and made it smell nice haha :P
