Manager Casey is excellent at her job!! She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She is also very nice and personable. I came in for a headlight bulb. Casey found the correct bulb, installed it for me and I was on my way in 5 minutes!!! Job well done Casey!! I will be returning to this location for all my auto parts from now on!!

The manager morgan went above and beyond to help me with my 2010 Subaru legacy I needed bumper screws and she found the right ones and even helped me put them on!!!! Thxxx again best O Reillys ever!!!

I was just so disappointed today this is been my go to store since they opened .But today young man thought I was stupid he was so busy trying make jobs for his buddy he didn't know im a smart person when it comes to my car and parts.He was trying sale me part but said he couldn't help me with the job that his buddy could come and help me.But im paying yall for sign say yall do the job there but you trying get your buddy a side hustle.I was very disappointed today..

Amazing Service!!!! I showed with old battery in hand to buy a replacement for my broke down jeep 1 block away. I bought the battery and went back to install it. Unknowingly, I shorted a fuse in the process. I was able to get a tow to the store for further diagnosis. A staff member came to confirm the battery is good while another tried to diagnose why I have no power at all. We came to the conclusion it's a bad fuse. This store did not have one in stock at the time, but confirmed another (10 miles away) does. I mentioned I'd walk 1 block away to their competitor to save time. They called them for me to check availability but it would be 1 week, the other competitor 1 day. I said I have a buddy willing to drive me to the other store and asked to have it pulled and held. After installing the new part, I had the starter and Alternator check to see if anybody other issues, all is good. In short, we need more customer service like this in the world. They treated me with utmost care.

I don't know about other O'reilly's at this point in my area, but these people were pretty good and they met my needs and gave me what I needed so good job so far with these people.I don't want to jump to gun and say oh there.Terrific 5 stars and down.You know I realize something is amiss but so far so good

Went here today to get a lightbulb and asked if the gentleman, Dominic could help with something not exactly car part related. He went above and beyond and very customer friendly.

I called ahead to price a battery and make sure they do free installation. I gave my 17 year old daughter the information and sent her. When she got there they told her she was priced the wrong battery and ended up spending $80 more. No big deal people make mistakes. Then they told her that they do not do free installation, something I specifically asked about. Get your facts straight and make sure your people know what they are doing. Very disappointed as we have had good experiences at other locations.

I went to this location in Irmo, SC and was helped by a bright and helpful young man named Billy. He did the free check engine light test for me and we determined it was my gas cap I had not closed properly. He also checked my battery as well and told me it was 100%. He's in automotive school and O'Reilly does well with employees like him. I'll be back for sure. Thank you Billy. Michelle Clark

This is pretty much my go-to Auto Store in the Columbia/Irmo area. I am able to walk in, get my stuff, and leave. There's nothing more and nothing less that I want from them and them me. They always have the stuff in stock that I need and if it's something really important you can call ahead and they'll answer and verify whatever you need for you. Great store, no nonsense.

On the rare occasion they can find what you need, 80% of the time it’s across town and doesn’t show up on their hub transfer. Sure, this time they called to give me a heads up, but what is the point of ordering anything if it never shows up? I’ll get my part cheaper and faster from Amazon and it will actually be here when they say.

If I could leave zero stars I would...I ordered an air filter for my car which was supposed to be at this particular store within a couple hours....5 trips 4days later promise after promise nothing....I go back after they said they would call and I get the wrong part???? Good luck to future costumers

My favorite auto parts store by far. They always have the lowest prices in town and almost always have the items I need in stock. The employees are always so friendly and helpful as well.

The staff is always so helpful. They checked our battery. We ended up having to go to a repair shop to get it replaced because of its location. I was so appreciative of the ladies that helped us.

Luke is great !!! However, the mgr, a skinny, flat chested girl, was very nasty to me, saying I'm not a whole sale customer, I have a shop and accounts all over Columbia, and I'm not allowed in back with other whole sale customers. All good, O'Reilly swill now be where I go if I can't get it anywhere else, and most recent parts I've just bought will be going back. Last place I call now.

OReillys has some of the nicest employees. They went out of their way to help me try to figure out what was wrong by using there code testet. I ended up having to get it towed but I am so thankful for their help.

There was only a young girl upfront working register,answering phones and also installing a battery in the parking lot. There was at least two males in the back talking while ignoring her request for help upfront. Props to the young lady while the “men” in back allowed her to carry the load. Will not ever return to this store. I then drove to Advance Auto 3 blocks down the road!!

Definitely my go to parts store. Always friendly and courteous. Been having wiper blade issues several weeks after replacement. A very nice lady took the time to get the correct measurements and finally resovle the problem. I can see clearly now even in the rain. A big Thank Yoy!

I called to order some parts I needed to swap under warranty. Manager ordered them and said pick up the next day. When I went in to pick them up I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Not only that, before even looking at my parts, he refused to warranty them. Told me money back only. If I did that I lose my core. I told them I will just deal with corporate on it. The manager told me if I called corporate he would call the police and have me trespassed. I called corporate, while standing outside he called police and filed order of trespass on me. I still have no parts and no warranty now. Beware.their parts are junk. Their bearings fail in weeks and they refuse to warranty them.
