From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Easy to reach, quick to respond, and professional throughout. They made an annoying situation so much easier.
Never use this company!!!! I waited until after 3:00 and the driver called me and said that there’s a locked red gate in front of my house and I tried to explain to him that I didn’t have a red gate in front of my home. And I tried to explain it to the lady who answered the phone and she said that her driver took a picture of the address and the locked red gate. And I explained it to her also. But all she said was that I would have to make another claim and I said that I wasn’t going to and I called my insurance company and explain everything to them and they set up another company. But this lady holler at me and said that she was looking at the pictures her drivers sent and I told her that it not my address. He never came down our dirt road because my roommate was sitting on the front porch watching for them. Not only they were 3 hours late. Not only I had to pay a 4% extra because I was using my credit card. She also asked me if I had a sign in the middle of the gate and again I told her that I didn’t have a gate in front of my house and my house. In my opinion don’t use this company!!!!!!
GF wrecked a car, cops sent it with Anderson, but listed the wrong tow company and didn't bother to get a signature or name. Next thing we know, the GFs ex husband was rifling through her car to look for his son's belongings.... But it wasn't his car, and it was on my insurance policy. We asked our insurance company to advise their business associates to not allow future molestations and possible tainted evidence that would hurt us if/when in court. Next time we hear from Anderson's towing, when we told him we'd gotten a ride and was coming to get our personal property out of the car. Anderson explained that he already released this car with no authority or signature from the sole owner (my GF). Some stuff was either lost or stolen, but we can't for certain say when or where it was taken, considering the BS chain of custody. Anderson Towing should be removed from the police's list of tow trucks.
Literally sat in the middle of the Rd for 4 hrs, SC hour afternoon stormy weather, with 2 hangry children, waiting on AAA and these guys finally got my call and they were there in 20 min!!!
I had damage to the front of my car because of a deer strike. Parker Jones at Anderson Towing repaired and painted my vehicle. The paint looks better now then it did before when I purchased the vehicle. I have a second car that was hit in the rear by a distracted driver. It will also be repaired at Anderson Towing because they repair vehicle’s the proper way. NO SHORTCUTS!!!!
Got a flat on the trailer & had the wrong size tire iron They were there to fix the flat in 12 mins! I had no clue where we were & just picked a tow company on the map to help. So glad I choose Anderson cuz it was quick & cheap to get me back in the road
