My daughters Jeep broke down on her way to Aiken. I was 45 minutes away. I called Broke-N-Tow, LLC and spoke to Ryan. He gave me a fair price and within 20 minutes he arrived to pick up the Jeep. He even stayed with my daughter until her friend who lived closer was able to pick her up. He arrived right on time with my Jeep at my mechanics shop. If I ever need another tow I will DEFINITELY use Broke-N-Tow, LLC.

My truck needed to be towed to dealer for service and Ryan came through fast!He showed up sooner than expected, was super friendly, and handled my truck with care. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Prices were very fair and the service was top-notch. Definitely recommend them if you ever need a tow.

Called these guys when my wife and I blew a tire on I-20 and he came out and helped us and towed us back to our house. Great company, couldn’t ask for better customer service

My wife broke down in Batesburg and there was no way for me to get to her in a timely fashion. I called Broke N Tow and Ryan went out to tow my wife’s car for us. He was thoughtful enough to wait for family to come pick my wife and kids up before leaving with the car so they wouldn’t be alone on the side of the road. I really appreciate that! He did such a good job and a fair price that I called him back to haul the car to a repair shop for me. Thank you Ryan! I will recommend you to everyone!

I just wanted to take a moment to share how amazing and awesome Mr. Ryan was!!! I was out doing some deliveries when my car got stuck on a dirt road that just had sand put down, so it was still soft. After trying different things and calling other companies and being told some ridiculous price just to (move my car out the sand); Mr Ryan came thru even though he was some distance away. On top of being stuck, I then later got locked out of my vehicle…yeah it was definitely one of those mornings, but guess who came to my rescue?! Ding ding ding, yep Mr Ryan!!!! Talking to him, he made you feel like everything was going to be ok and it totally was. I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to do one for him. It was the least I can do to show how much I appreciate him coming out to help me when I wasn’t getting it from anywhere else. I definitely would recommend them and will use them again (God forbid) if something like this were to ever happen to me again. Thank you soooo very much Mr. Ryan!!! I had to get my sister-in-laws car towed. They were very nice. Told me it would be about 20mins to get there, they were right. Ryan quickly got the hooked up and brought ot to the house. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to them.

Ryan came to my rescue today. After a very rough week recovering from damages of Hurricane Helene, and still being without power, running water and basic necessities, I couldn’t get my car started this morning. I was at my breaking point but Ryan showed up with kindness, compassion, and understanding and got my car started and told where and what to do. He even let me cry on his shoulder and offered any help he could. I can’t express my thanks enough! Thank you for reminding me why I love living in this small town and community. Blew out a driveshaft on the side of I-20 headed to Batesburg for work. My client recommended Broke-N-Tow. Got my truck from I-20 to West Columbia for an extremely reasonable price. Dealt with Ryan. He went above and beyond on EVERYTHING. Wish these guys were closer to Columbia. I’d recommend them to anyone needing towing services up here. Wish there was a 6 star option.

Cant thank these guys enough for their help when my car blew a tire. They were there in 15 minutes and took me 45 minutes down the road. Very professional and reasonably priced. These guys are down to earth good people and I really enjoyed our conversation on the ride as well. Give them a call!

I definitely recommend calling Ryan if you need a tow - or just think you need a tow. He made it to my location in less than 15 minutes. I thought I needed a tow, turns out I just needed a jump. He quoted a fair price for a tow prior to arriving but checked my battery out and had me back on the road within minutes. He didn't charge me a cent and certainly he could have a strapped my car up and towed it without ever looking to see otherwise. Super nice guy! Honest and all around genuine human being.

Unfortunately had vehicle trouble over two hours away from home. Called Broke-N-Tow and they jumped right on it. They had my vehicle towed back home within 24 hours. Was exceptionally pleased with the service and pricing. Will recommend Broke-N-Tow to anyone needing a tow and will be using them in the future if ever needed again. Highly recommend!!!

I wish I could give them 10/5 rating. This towing company helped me out on Labor Day weekend when most everyone else was busy or already out on a job. Ryan from Broke N Towing provided fair pricing, excellent service, and made sure we were well taken care of. Very grateful for the folks over here. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

My son's car broke down on his trip back home (3 hours away) and it was late in the evening. Ryan towed the vehicle back to his shop and made sure my son and the other passenger were safe until I was able to get there. He has also helped us try to find the right mechanic in the area. Can't say enough good things about Ryan and Broke-N-Tow.

There are not enough stars to give Ryan at Broke-N-Tow! My young adult daughter had a tire blow out at 9pm on her way home to Augusta from Charlotte. We did a Google search and called Broke-N-Tow. Ryan went out, found her, and when he realized there was no spare tire he called a 24-hour tire service. Fortunately, that company had the right size tire and within another hour she was on the road. Ryan made sure my daughter felt safe, checked in with me, and kept me informed. He went way above simply providing service; my family could not be more impressed or grateful. We had a company vehicle broken down on Rt 1 outside Batesburg, SC. I searched towing companies in the surrounding area and came across Broke-N-Tow. Based on the Google reviews, I took a chance, and Ryan answered the phone on the second ring. I explained I was in Richmond, VA, and needed our F350 DRW w/utility body towed to the nearest Ford Dealer. I had no idea what dealer was in that vicinity, but Ryan did! He met our driver and towed the vehicle to the dealership. It's never pleasant when you have a vehicle broken down on the side of the road, but Broke-N-Tow turned it into a good experience. The best part? He didn't make our driver wait! Fast, courteous service, would highly recommend!

I had a tire blowout tonight on a completely dark road where there wasn’t a lot of room to pull off to the side where we would be safe. I called my USAA roadside assistance number for help. After an hour wait, they said that they had contacted a towing company and that they would be there in 20-30 minutes max. After waiting another hour and a half, I called again, only to find out that they never gave the towing company any information on how to reach me to find out my location. USAA gave me the name and number of this business for me to contact myself since they had dropped the ball. 20 minutes after I spoke to Broke-n-tow, they arrived to help, apologizing for taking so long and for not knowing how to find us. They apologized to us for something that wasn’t even their fault and took care of us quickly. I will use this business for all of our personal and business towing needs and recommend them to anyone that I can! Thank you for the wonderful service and for the 2 kind men that took care of us on a dangerous, dark roadway!

I am a critical care nurse and my transmission went out on my car while trying to get home. I had three dogs with me and was in a very difficult situation. Ryan, my driver, saw that there was no way I could get home and take care of my car and get back to my job without a long distance tow. I was amazed and extremely thankful for his willingness to help me so that I could get safely home and take care of my transmission problem when I would have time. He was fast, careful and made a very bad situation into a time of thanksgiving to God and to Ryan’s amazing caring attitude! He was a true answer to my prayers. I’m back at work and will never forget Ryan’s helpfulness in a very stressful situation!

My motorcycle desided it didn't want to run while I was riding through Leesville. I googled and found these guys. I was very happy that they had a trailer and we didn't have to push it up on a rollback. They got there fast and it was a good price to Aiken.
