Mr. David has always went above and beyond to help me find what I need or help me however he can. My Papa surely did love him, and I’m proud to say that so many of the products Mr. David sold Papa (Howard) are still in use to this day, and very much loved by me and other family members. You’ll never get better customer service than at Western Auto. I’m glad that a store I’ve loved my entire life still exists, and that I still get to see Mr. David now and then. It’s part of what makes living in a small town great. Keep on being kind and helpful. We love and appreciate y’all.
Went here for mower parts. The owner was most helpful, and we got everything we needed! Love the content of this venerable store! The decades of service are evident throughout.
Nice store with fair prices. As long as you're not in a hurry and can wait for them it's not bad. The last two times I've been there to get lawn mower blades sharpened it two weeks for the first set and an additional ten days to sharpen another two blades.
Super friendly staff, helped me find exactly what I needed and got me in and out in less than 10 mins would definitely recommend the place they have a very large selection of different items
Had just what I needed! Mr David was, and is always, so nice and friendly as well as helpful, as was the service tech! Service, friendliness and politeness that you definitely don't get with the big box stores! And their prices are just as competitive!!
Last of Western Auto I know of Like Family owned & operated Dave always working make sure customer first but still take time for good conversations advice never sell nothing he can't get don't need no computer he already knows what you need Even parts for your western flyer wagon or tricycle bicycle
Customer service here is pretty good. Most times someone is there to greet you and bring you to exactly what you need. Every time no matter if it's busy or not, the employees and the owner spend quality time with you to not only bring you to what you need but explain things if you don't understand. This place definitely has my business!
Great store! Their parts and service have kept my lawn mowers alive way past their allotted time. They have parts that no one else seems to have. And they know a lot about hardware & mowers and more.

There was a disaster during my delivery, but the guys were more than awesome in fixing the problem. On a Saturday, and i know they had better things to do, but they got everything put together, installed and will check up later.

Wonderful place. The heating element in my dryer broke. I'm not the handiest guy around, but I figured I would try and fix it myself. The good folks at Western auto gave me advice, tested the other parts, and walked me through the whole process. Much more affordable than a new dryer! Thanks!
I love Western Auto!! The owner is a kind man who goes out of his way to ensure we have the right part every time. Dale is a wiz at small motors. The customer service is stellar from everyone who works there (sorry I am bad with names). I prefer them to any of the box stores and always go to them first before going to the others. If Western Auto don't have it (9 out of 10 times they do) they will tell me where to go to find it. They don't price gouge either. Thank you!!!
