This guy towed my car from my own parking lot, he made me pay him $320 and he delivered my car with the tire blown up, he cut the balbula where I put air into it so I couldn't take it away and force me to pay him again, he's a thief, be careful with these rats.
They also demanded that we pay them in cash, they did not accept our cash.
Honesty, professionalism and speedy service. They provided excellent service. I highly recommend them. In the past at different tow yard I had several items stolen from my vehicle and additional damage done during the towing process. Not at Hook M Up. They ensure that anyone on the tow storage yard has the proper documentation and identification.

Towed my car and damaged the right side of it also tried to overcharge me wouldn’t pick up the phone had to call from several different numbers to get a a answer after leaving a voicemail and text!
They wouldn’t answer the phone because of the damage they did to my car!
Stated he had pictures but couldn’t show the pictures because in reality he didn’t take any it was 12:30 am at night!
Filed a police report however this is only partial of the karma this company will received from their unprofessionalism greed and unhonesty that will not lead to a successful business good luck!

I was on the phone talking to the owner of the company about getting my belongings out of the vehicle because the vehicle was deemed totaled by the insurance company and he hung up the phone on me. I only wanted to get my belongings out of the vehicle because the adjuster advised me that they were towing the vehicle on Mon morning and I wouldn’t have access to the vehicle at that point. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
