Driver answered when our transmission went out while driving home. We had 3 kids and a dog. Said he was on his way. We called to check his ETA after about 30 minutes as we were coordinating getting transportation. No answer. Called again at 40 minutes no answer. At an hour my husband called from a different phone. He answered then hung up when he realized we were the same family. Didn’t even extend the courtesy to say he wasn’t coming. DO NOT USE this company.

I called to get my car towed on Thanksgiving. When the guy answered he was rude and just hung up on me. I thought it lost signal so I called back, and he just sent my calls to voicemail. I called from my 2nd phone and got through. I began to explain that I think we lost connection and he just hung up on me again. This place isn’t worthy of any stars. If I could rate 0star I would

They charge excessively, and raise cars without having jurisdiction. I make a complaint to SC Department of Consumer. The comet is that I live in a parking lot and it is not allowed, but the contract does not tell me that it was not allowed, there are more cars in the grass of other trailers and why only my car. And all you want is for me to pay you in cash. , why not with a card or check. In case you don't report cash payments on taxes. I leave you the images of the contract and other cars

Called Bulldog to have an abandoned vehicle removed from a rental property I own, called who I suspect is the owner around 530pm and he said he would be over to get it after he meets someone at his lot and he would call me, so I waited 45 minutes, no phone call, I tried calling again went straight to voicemail, called again 15min later, straight to voicemail. Never heard from him so I called a better more reputable company and they came right away. I wasted over an hour waiting on Bulldog Towing. Their communication skills are not the best and customer service isn't good either!

FANTASTIC service! My husband and I had a blowout on 20 one evening and randomly called Bulldog, he was out within 30 minutes. So extremely gracious and helpful. He was a blessing in what could have been a bad situation. Truly thankful for good honest people out there not trying to squeeze the dollar. He was great!

So my son backed his car into a drainage ditch when it was really dark and he couldn't see. The first two tow companies that were going to pull it out declined saying they didn't have the right equipment. The third tow company I called said that they couldn't guarantee that they wouldn't damage the car trying to get it out because it had to go out the same way it went in which isn't true. Finally, we called this tow company and he came out and did it in about 20 minutes. Absolutely no problems, no damage to the car and was also a super nice guy. Totally recommend 100%!!!

Bulldog was called out to tow my vehicle after an accident. They were very accommodating with me to get my belongings and were very professional after going through a bad experience with the accident. Hopefully will never need towing services but if so I will definitely use them again.

Called many tow companies and they said our truck was to big for them to tow, but not for Jeremy. He went to assess the situation and said it wouldn't be a problem at all. We don't live in the area, so I asked for his professional opinion on what to do with our truck. He referred us to a transmission specialist that had our truck fixed within a day. I highly recommend his towing service because he is very professional and reasonably priced. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for caring about the customer.

We had a tire blow out on our camper heading to Myrtle Beach. We called our insurance company and they could not help us for hours! So I found Bulldog towing and they came immediately to help us. We did not have a spare tire and he came and got our rim within 5-10 minutes and then went and got us a new tire and came back and put it on. Thank goodness for this wonderful company!

Bulldog Towing came and assisted me within 20 minutes of me calling for a tow. I had a flat tire when it was over 100 degrees outside. The gentleman was very nice and showed some compassion to me for the situation I was in. He was very professional and had a great attitude. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and if I need a tow in the future I will call on him.

My car stopped on me during the busiest lunch time traffic on the Northeast side of town. Bulldog towing just happened to end up right behind me. Without hesitation, they offered to assist, and get my car where it needed to be, while also making sure I was ok!!!! The awesome customer service they provided, and the care I received is greatly appreciated!

Bulldog was incredible! We were stranded on the side of the interstate with a flat tire and he came within 10 minutes of us calling him. He towed our car to a local shop and stayed with us until they changed the tire. We were back on the road in no time. I’m so thankful he was there for us during this unexpected emergency!

Bulldog Towing delivered my wife's car to the dealership this past Saturday, very polite on the phone, very helpful as well. Reasonable towing fee also. I am pleased to see there are still good people doing business. I will be referring anyone needing wrecker service to these guys.

A few weeks ago, I called to have one of our cars towed to the mechanic shop. He picked up the car and had it at the shop within 20 minutes of me calling. Tonight, I had to have a car towed and gave him a call again and I'm glad I did. He went right away to pick it up and apparently some guy was under the car and claiming it was his. The driver ran the guy off, checked our car to make sure nothing was stolen and immediately towed it to the mechanic shop again. Quick service and more than fair pricing! We will absolutely use Bulldog Towing again if the need arises!

Fantastic towing service! I lost my keys at a community event and waited until it was over to see if someone found them. Needless to say it was super late when we decided to tow my car. The owner answered the phone almost immediately, got to us super fast, and was extremely helpful in addition to safely towing my car home. Highly recommend if you find yourself needing a tow!

Great service!! Had a flat tire and Bulldog towing came to me within an hour and helped save me some money because a different tire company tried ripping me off. They towed my car and changed my tire quickly with the most reasonable price! They were also friendly and easy to work with! 10/10 I recommend !

Jeremy is the best! Unfortunately, my newer model car wouldn't start and I needed a tow to the dealership. Jeremy was prompt with answering and returning my call, excellent communication (he provided accurate eta and text me updates of his arrival). I never felt stranded and knew right away I was in good hands. I rode with him to the dealership and immediately noticed two things quiet different from my past experience with another tow company. #1- his vehicle was immaculate, no weird smells/odors dirt or stains so I felt very comfortable during my ride and #2-Jeremy presented himself like a professional, his appearance and hygiene is top notch (my last experience with another tow company, a sketchy, very unkept guy showed up and I had to hold my breath during my ride due to BO). Professional, clean and on time, thank you so much Jeremy at Bulldog Towing.

I am so happy Bulldog Towing was available when I needed them. It was my first accident, so it was a stressful time for me. But, they were very professional and made sure I was taken care of and understood the process. It was also very impressive how quickly they got my car out off the scene. Showed up within 30 mins of calling. Very nice gentleman and state of the art truck. Upon arriving, he asked me what was wrong with the vehicle as I was having it taken to dealership. After explaining, he was confident he could repair it. 24 hrs later, we had it back running like a champ, at a fraction of the cost!!! I would def recommend to my friends and all of you reading this review! 5 stars!

Let me start by saying Thank You! I've used towing services in the past, and didn't blink an eye at their prices. However, with Bulldog towing, I became aware of the service others lacked to provide. Bulldog towing was on time, arrived in a state of the art rig, and clearly knew how to use the rig. I've seen many a fellow fumble with their equipment and look unsure of themselves. This guy... Pro. He gave me an affordable if not more than fair price, with no complaints from me. He was able to accommodate all of my requests to the T. I won't be using anyone else when I'm in need of tow! I cannot say enough great things about this company. I highly recommend that if you are near Elgin, SC and need are in need of roadside assistance, give him a call. My daughter and I were traveling from North Carolina to Louisiana with our travel trailer and had a blowout on I-20W. I called him, he explained that he had one ahead of me but as soon as he finished, he would head our way. When he got there, he assessed the situation and also checked my other tires. He found 2 to be wearing differently than they should be. He also suggested that since I was not sitting on the rim to ease on to the next exit, which was about 1 1/2 miles and get to a safer place. He was able to get me 4 new 10 ply tires for our travel trailer and mounted them for me. Whenever they mounted the last tire, we seen the wheel had a lot of play in it. The wheel bearing had gone out. We follow him to his shop, unhook the trailer, and he gets a new bearing the next morning and has us on our way home. He is very professional, honest, fair priced and most importantly, he cares about his customers.

The gentleman that came to help me was very fast! Price was great and he was kind! I really appreciate his quick response and pleasant demeanor. Excellent customer service! The owner Jeremy is a great man! My car ran hot across the street, and without hesitation he came over to help me out. Cooled my car down so that I could get myself and 2 small children home. He than fixed my car 2 days later at a very reasonable price. Will be coming here for all my mechanical issues from now on.
