rude old dude on the phone went: please leave a message BEEEEP, right after I was hauled away in a ambulance, sitting bleeding all over myself, calling this number to find out where my car is, proceeded to give me no information on my car, made fun of me, I was given their number from a sheriff deputy and could not locate my totaled car, refused all my questions, wouldnt confirm who he was, only started cooperating when I brought up I was given the number by the sheriff, absalutely a joke

My wrecked truck was towed less than 2 miles to their shop after an accident, it still cost me 300. And they only take cash. Upon trying to get my truck the old man was confused and assumed I was just leaving it in his yard bc of how damaged it was. I’ve never even heard of that! But I proceeded to get it towed an hour away from there for 150, definitely very shady and entitled people who get an attitude fast if you question anything.

A friend who was active military got in a wreck that caused a concussion and he briefly had to go to the hospital. It was my friend’s fault as he was DUI and speeding. He finally got around to calling Autolta 4 days later and to my surprise he only had to pay $410 for the tow and storage fees which is $200 cheaper than I thought he would pay. The nice dispatch lady was very caring and understanding. Very professional and getting the car was super easy.
