I was stuck in the mud out on this dirt road, they gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced and made sure I was okay. Will be recommending them to everyone I know.
If there is only one great human left in this world it's Seth. This guy is one of a kind. I was driving a 18 wheeler semi when my driving shaft fell to the ground. I was stuck on the 95 two nights before news years day. Seth sent a mechanic to help me new years eve and I didn't get through because part of my driving shaft was damaged so I reached out to him new years morning to let him know I was still stuck on the road side, he did not only offer to accommodate me at his house to freshen up myself etc he took me to get food, paid for it, called several mechanics to come out and help, stayed with me from 9am new years day until 10pm at night until a mechanic he got fixed my truck. He also made several trips throughout the day to different drunk yards to get me parts. Nothing was in this for him as I paid the mechanic to do the job. Seth is sent from God and an awesome human being. I pray God continues to bless him and his family this man is selfless.
Blow out tire on I-95 on Sunday morning. Called several towing companies. Eddie was able to get us towed to the next counties Walmart and back on the road. Thank again for helping us get back on the road!
Thanks to Eddie (JB towing) I didn't have to wait 3 to 5 hrs for AAA to come help me he was there in like 35 minutes. JB towing is affordable, courteous and all around just good ppl I plan on using them again if needed in the near future.

Broken down with transmission trouble on the I95 waited 4 hours for AAA.They never showed up. Eddie was there in 30 mins, got both my truck and trailer hooked up and dropped me at a local hotel. Then towed my vehicle to a local mechanic. Awesome service!
Eddie was phenomenal!! Getting stuck with two flat tires is the worst and getting stuck on the side of 95 is even worse! Eddie was so helpful and quick. We were so blessed to have him tow our vehicle to the dealership in the knick of time!!

We had a tire blow out on 95 and just made it off the exit to a closed gas station at 11pm. We were in the middle of nowhere.
We called AAA and waited for their response but only got a text that it they had dispatched it. We finally got a check from 4:30 in the morning saying that it had actually been dispatched and then didn't get a phone call from somebody until 8:30 a.m. to come and help us. Thank goodness we were in a cozy bed because the owner of JB towing was driving by at the time of our flat. He saw that we had a flat and he called Joe to come help us and was there within 5 minutes.
We had been driving 10 hours and had just one more to go. We were exhausted so this was a huge blessing. It was my boyfriend's first time to witness southern hospitality on the east coast where I'm from... I'm so happy that we ran into Seth and Joe. He wouldn't accept any money from us which was just a cherry on top to what could have been otherwise a terrible night. Thank You so much to both of you <3
I spoke with Jacob on the phone for roadside assistance. He was very kind and professional with my situation and got me the help I needed. Joe was sent out to help and got to me in a timely manner. Joe was such a nice guy, got everything fixed up for me, and I was back on the road within ten minutes! Awesome company, great customer service, very pleasant people!
Great experience working with Jacob and Eddy at JB’s Towing and Recovery. We broke down on 95 while traveling through the state, and when I called, I spoke with Jacob who I could tell was personally vested in making sure we got out of the dangerous situation. He sent Eddy to tow us, who arrived in the window prescribed by Jacob. Eddy was pleasant to speak with, thorough with his work and knowledgeable of the area. Overall, these guys made the best of a bad experience and we were very grateful to have been in their area when our car kicked the bucket!

Pick this guy you won't go wrong.... we broke down on 95 they came to our rescue. He took us to the nearest gas station and helped troubleshoot for us. It ended up being out of fuel (still said we had 40 miles) and we were able to go on our way. Big shout out to the driver and the owner. They were awesome, helpful and kind.

Raymond was a lifesaver! We were stranded on the highway in the middle of the night and after the previous road side assistance team said there was nothing they could do, Raymond got us back on the road!! It was a lot of work and he didn't have to do it... Our spare tire was in bad condition. 4:51am... 5 hours later after another company trying as well and Raymond got us back on the road. Thank you!!
I saw one of the company trucks West bound on 74 while I was driving home, the truck swerved from lane to lane multiple times cutting in front of traffic and failing to use any type of turning signal. I don't know how their business is, but if it's anything like their driving, it's very unprofessional, rude, and doesn't care about the safety of others. As a police officer, if I was in my jurisdiction I would have pulled them over and probably arrested the driver from how they were driving.
I was broke down on 95 in my semi called everyone nobody wanted to help I called JB towing they come out in 25 minutes checked my truck out figured out what it needed got the parts was fixed in 30 minutes great job a bunch of nice guys thanks for everything
Only call JB Towing!! I busted a flat traveling on interstate 95,10 miles from nowhere. I was changing my tire and couldn't get 2 bolts off. Called JB's and they came out immediately and helped me. And got a deal on a new tire as well! Professional,on time,great price!
Had a flat tire on I95 in the middle of the night on the way to FL. Roadside assistance was no help getting us what we actually needed to keep going. We never expected so much help in the middle of the night, but Seth and Steven got us going again. Even after a couple of big hurdles with the flat tire, and flat spare tire. I'm still kind of in awe really of how much they went above and beyond for us. It's all about the people, and these guys live and work by that in a business world that's not really known for that. Words can't express all the Thank You!!
