Came in @9in the morning called the people they told me they were on the way it will be like 10 mins I waited till it was 10 am nobody showed up what kind of location is this if you are not going to show up just say that don’t make me wait till 10! People have other things to do now I have to come again bc I am not going to wait another hour .

Although getting your car towed is shitty the service was smooth and the owner was nice about the situation.

Had to have my car towed due to maintenance issues. The service from the owner was beyond amazing, even pointing me to good repair shops since i’m not from here. If I could give more stars I would.

Unfortunately, I had shown up 30 minutes after their close of business day due to the length of time it took me to get there via Uber. However, the owner was nice enough to allow me to wait for someone who was able to let me retrieve my vehicle. He obviously didn’t have to do that, but he did. He could have easily told me to sit there on the porch until 9 AM the next morning. So while having your car towed sucks, there are some people out there who are empathetic. Thank you again for your help.
