I was pleasantly surprised by this business. I ordered a few parts using the Advanced Auto on line system fully expecting it to be a disaster, because that’s the usual experience I have with retail these days. I was very and happily surprised. My parts were waiting for me when I got to the shop. The staff was very pleasant, they actually acknowledged me as a customer and got my items promptly and as an added bonus they were the exact things I ordered! I’m very happy with this business and they will be go to place for any future automotive parts needs in the future.

Battery prices are way too high! Got a 3-year battery for $50 cheaper

Always get great information on how to fix when your brain cannot think anymore

They ask me how brakes work well they just do sorta like a possty traction on a hemi charger Great knowledgeable staff girlfriend went by there and they installed her wipers for her and they answered some other questions that she had about her car. Very respectful and helpful This afternoon October 23rd I replaced 5 batteries in a niebors golf cart and placed the old batteries in the back of her SUV. This sweet lady is disabled so I called advance Auto to see if they could recycle the batteries for us and they are able to and they also said they would take the old batteries out of the back of her SUV for her. A great help for people living near your store. Thank you very much advance for the help! You just got another customer for life

Salesman was very helpful, I only got an air filter and cabin filter and had a coupon from up have me. We were down on vacation for 2 weeks and the store was near by.

Had a flat tire in the parking lot when is got a plug kit the plug kit broke within one minute of trying to put it in the tire went back in to see if I could get a replacement plug kit the female employee argued with me that that plug kit wasn't designed for truck tires. I'm 62 years old I've been plugging tires my whole life and on the package it shows tractor tires as one of the tires that the plug kit is for along with trailers and cars and she tried to tell me that that particular plug kit I picked out the wrong one because I didn't pick out the one made for truck tires. Maybe don't try to lie to your customers when you don't know how much information your customers have retained over the 62 years of their lives. Y'all can do better everyone else in the store looked away when she said the things that she said as if to say holy crap I can't believe she's saying that crap.

They have never answered a single phone call before. I’ve stood in the store and called from within just to see, and they look at the phone and walk away. Terrible employees.

Just stopped by because our check engine light was on. My husband goes in to see if they can come out and scan the code and the girl refused because it’s raining and said she can’t get the machine wet but the machine literally plugs inside the car🙄 excellent customer service

My car wouldn't start. It was the battery I needed a new one. I was parked at the old pottery place. I walked to the Advanced Auto, told one of the guys, my savior, the problem. He brought this device and walked the short distance to my car. Hooked up the device and my car started right up. Thank You for helping me when I needed it. I greatly appreciated your help. I stopped in to get a new bulb for my headlights after work. Josh and Jeff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in originally to just get some replacement halogen bulbs but, after i asked a few questions, I decided to go ahead and upgrade to some slick LEDS, replace my old windshield wipers and acquire some gunmetal gray valve stem caps because one of mine was missing after a recent visit to Mavis. Josh and Jeff went above and beyond in making sure I was informed on the differences in products and even helped me look into a replacement tailgate handle because I told them mine had broken over the weekend. Primo customer service provided by two great dudes!

The costumer service in this place is awesome. sean and Josh are excellent at their job very knowledgeable and willing to help me with all the questions and everything else I need it. Thank you guys y'all are fantastic people

Needed a new battery while we were on vacation and on a Dodge Journey you have to take the tire off and the fender well lining and Dan let us borrow the tools that we needed to install it very helpful. Thank you Jon

I come here often but today secured that I’ll always give them my business. Needed a new battery for my pressure washer trailer after a long day. The lady immediately got what I needed than started chatting and playing peekaboo with my 3 year old boy. The other gentleman working there asked if he could have some candy so I agreed thinking he had a little something behind the counter. He pointed to their snack shelf and told him to pick something out. The kind lady that was helping us took him by the hand and over to pick something out. What a great experience, my boy talked about it the whole way home. Thank you for making both our days!!

Wow- what a wonderful bunch of folks at this location. My wife’s battery died right across the street and they were able to get her Santa Fe up and running in no time. They even sent a driver to another location to pick up a battery that was a better fit for her vehicle. What a great team, very pleasant and easy to work with. 5 stars today and our family are now customers for all our vehicles.

The guy working come out to my car and even tho the problem didn't show up on the code reader(at least the one I was there for didn't show up. I had many codes come up) he helped me figure out what the problem was. Even got down on the ground and looked underneath my car. I've been in some auto part stores and the ppl working know absolutely nothing about automobiles. Even gave a friend of mine parts that her car didn't even have. Not parts that didn't fit, parts that didn't even go on the kind of car she had. So to have a mechanically inclined person working was a blessing. I will definitely go back to this Advance Auto.

Shane at the Surfside location went above and beyond in order to help me. They do not make the part I need. It was part of my cooling system going back to my heater core. Every junction I came to was shattering because of older brittle plastic parts. Finally got it all out and Shane took pictures of how it should look. I came back a day later and with multiple parts had essentially rebuilt the parts I needed. He did it all with a smile. He’s the reason I’ll never go to another auto parts store first. The older grumpy guy who I believe is a manager could use some Customer Service training. Shane also refused a tip, probably policy. But I wanted to acknowledge his service in some way. Very knowledgeable I guarantee he if the reason a lot of people come in that store.

Being a woman I have always seemed a little awkward but when I entered the store a was greeted with a friendly hello from three men. They put my windshield wiper on and away I went. Absolutely great service.

Replaced my headlight bulbs for me, and had me fixed all up in less than 10 minutes! And the guys were friendly and polite.

This store was in a little strip mall, not a stand alone like normal. But I was looking for auto wire and crimping tool which they had. Checking out was very fast and I was on my way. Conveniently right across street from where we were camping

Needed a battery to be replaced. Austin ( an amazing caring team member) came out to my car, analyzed everything and determined it was the battery. Then he took out the old battery and replaced with a new battery, while being kind and funny. It was so nice to be treated as "if he was caring for his parents. " What a wonderful experience!!

Needed hatch struts for my 2008 pontiac. They went out of their way to help me. So thankful for good customer service.
