You can’t possibly have an experience at North Santee recycle center unless it’s OPEN!!! Why are the hours cut even more? If we pay taxes to use this center then we deserve access to it.

ITS NEVER OPEN WHEN IT SAYS. Example like today 4/7/23 it says on the site open and it’s closed

A clean area inside the fenced enclosure. Map of location is not correct. It's next to the park on left side right after turning on Veronica Road.

They do their job. Lets face it.....it is a recycling center (trash dump) and dont expect it to smell like roses. And Georgetown County does not have endless resources. BUT...it is considerate of the county to place this recycle center here for the small population of North Santee Community to give them the opportunity to recycle and have the place to bring their trash. Otherwise it is a VERY LONG DRIVE to the other recycling centers. KUDOS to G'TOWN COUNTY. BE NICE TO THE STAFF, THEY ARE JUST doing the best they can.
