I wish I could do a better review. These people are just about the nastiest human beings I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I asked a question about my ram 1500 and was met with rude condescension for absolutely no reason. You people need to do better and be better.

I am a delivery driver for one of their suppliers, and the last few times I had to go here, I was met with hostility and threats on my safety. I was there doing my job, and you threatened me, said you would call the police, and if I ever showed up again it would be “bad for you, buddy”. I have recordings of you doing it too. If this is how you treat people/businesses you owe money to I can only imagine how you treat anyone else
Tony's Carquest used to be a fantastic store with phenomenal customer service but not anymore. I ordered a part online for store pickup and it stated that the store was open until 5:30 p.m. but no it really isn't! I got there at 5:10 p.m. and it was closed doors locked lights out! That was the only store anywhere near me that had what I needed! I mean my car was sitting on the side of the road! Just make sure you're there before they close whatever time that may be!
I bought a diehard gold battery with a 3 year warranty from this place. My battery is bad and they won't honor the warranty on my battery. They were very rude over the phone and in person. I will never purchase anything from this place again.nasty attitude from the owner for no reason. Why would you sell someone a battery with a warranty if you won't honor it. Don't shop here please
