I stopped in the the Georgetown Auto Zone today to ask for help getting my Aunt some new wiper blades. Isaiah was the nicest young man. He did a great job and had the best attitude. I will be back to this store for sure!

We (Me And My Sister, Terry) Went To AutoZone In Georgetown, South Carolina This Afternoon! I Was Having Issue With Taking Oil Cap Off! And Adding Oil To My Engine Until I Could Get Oil Change Next Month! A Wonderful And Knowlegeable Sales Rep (Isaiah) Attended To Our Needs! He Stepped Up! Did Not Hesitate To Help Us! After finding my engine light on I drove to Auto Zone. Also I was in need of a lift windshield wipers replacement. Walking in there store i was greeted by a smiling face .He name was Hose . He want beyond servicing me. I received a printed summary of what maybe the reason the engine light was on . He replace my windshield wiper. All the while reashowing me with that lovely smile. I thank you. Great experience ?

Walked in for a battery. From the beginning of my conversation with clerk she was rolling her eyes in the back of her head. She told me that I needed to wait because she had so much other things to do and I was gonna have to wait until she took care of another customer that walked in behind me. The girl with the big eyes and locks is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't recommend Noone to spend a dime at this location. I mean her body language and the way she had her head turned while rolling her eyes as if she was disgusting that she had to work is unbelievable! Please look at your cameras around 4:10 pm on 7/18/2025. I have on a black and white dress.

The store manager was incredible! Something was up with my headlight. He knew exactly what I needed and went out to my truck to make sure. Then he saw my other headlight was really foggy and he told me about an inexpensive product I could use to make it better. After I purchased what I needed, he came out and put in the new bulbs and demonstrated how to use the cleaner!! Chris S. thanks for your help!!

I stopped just to get help after I lost my radiator cap in my engine as I was adding water to my car and lost it in the engine! I stopped to buy another cap only for Chris to go under my hood to find the cap I lost somehow! Thank you, Chris for your help!

Although they had the part in stock I ordered, the product description did not include all the info. I took it back the following day, the associate has no idea what he was doing and the 'manager' was completely rude throughout the entire process. I rarely go to this parts store because it's always unprofessional, but this topped it off for me. I gave 2 stars because the product was there but truly it needs a 1 star because of the staff. Would not recommend!

My cousin and I had a car battery die while on vacation as the sun was going down. Shaleek at the Georgetown, SC Autozone tested and replaced her battery very quickly for a reasonable price, keeping our vacation rolling before her mom even noticed we were late. We felt so relieved for the lack of drama we took a pic with him! So glad this nice man and shop were there when we needed help!

Friendly, caring and helpful! Complete difference from the other place down the street, where they won't even hang up their personal cell phone to assist you. They even laugh at all of my Dad's silly jokes that he has probably told them 1000 times!

Was told the part I ordered would be in the next day by 8:00 AM. Part did not show up and I searched the part just to find it at another Autozone. A little more effort and the counter person would have found it too.

Well Over a hour and a half to process 2 core returns pick up a starter and recycle 2 batteries. And no they were not busy. There was a gentleman new to the counter helping me, he was trying his best and he was doing good, but there was stuff he did not know how to do. Occasionally he would ask a question to his learning leader Tamera. Every time he was responded to with a attitude and she did not seem to help or clarify anything. She kept saying "he has to learn, he has to learn" over and over and over... he kept apologizing for the wait because this was stuff he was not trained on. After well over a hour and a half she finally walks over and rather then helping and showing what needed to be done. She took over made him do something else. The whole process for everything took 10 maybe 15 minutes after she took over. This was not a trainee problem. This was 100% a leadership problem. The way he was being treated I don't blame him for not asking for help. Terrible experience.

The staff at this AutoZone were incredible! They were super busy, down to two people, but still took the time to help us with an incredibly happy attitude. The gentleman who helped me fix our battery was an absolute delight, he made what could have been a really bad day into a road trip story that will make us smile every time we tell it :-) thank you all so much!!!

Very pleasant atmosphere. ALL EMPLOYEES VERY PROFESSIONAL and VERY NICE. NO ONE TREATED CUSTOMERS UNPROFESSIONAL. GREATED EVERYONE WITH A SMILE. So glad I made that visit today. This will forever be MY PARTS STORE. HIGHLY RECOMEND AUTO ZONE FOR YOUR VEHICLE NEEDS!!!!

Came in to get a tail light bulb, I had called the night before and asked if someone could put the bulb in for me, "easily accessible just remove a Velcro panel" I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands , walk with a cane and I couldn't pull the bulb out...The clerk said they could put it in for me, had it in stock no problem.. I get to the store. 2 male clerks at register. 1 was with another customer, 2nd one said they were out of stock. I said seriously I just called last night at closing, they said you had it. So the other guy said we have it go to the shelf he comes back with it. Then I asked him if he could put it in for me ,, explained my situation and he said good luck. My 13 yo son went back in the store and asked the other clerk if he could help us. He came out and helper,,, Thankfully..I offered to pay for the service, explained my situation, my health conditions, and MY Husband was out of town working....

Tamera, ( I think that was her name) was amazing! It was so nice to see all women (managers) successfully running AutoZone! They were so knowledgeable. She checked out my car, told me what I needed and installed the part like it was nothing ?! I will definitely be back.
