I only walked in to inquire about a specific part that I needed, and was greeted with the same jubilant assistance that I encounter inside every O'Reilly that I visit. The only downside: they didn't have the part I was looking for.
I bought some bad gas in Orangeburg and the engine light came on.
Stopped here and the manager performed a diagnostic on it.
He printed out the information for me and suggested that I use a product called Heet.
It only cost $3.39 and after adding it and driving for 20 or 30 minutes, the engine light is already off.
Tried to call to ask a question about a part got put on hold 3 times never came back now I fully understand why they have a 4.2 rating it's a piss poor ran joint upper management needs to get off its ass and do something know I'll just deal with AutoZone won't ever buy again from yahs
The customer service is the worst. I went to pick up a part that was supposedly in stock after the employee told me it was there....it was not. The employee, not sure what her name is, had a very nasty attitude and was very unpleasant and unknowledgeable of the part she told me was available. I called the day before and she assured me it was there. There was several people in the store all waiting for parts that couldn't be found. There was a Caucasian male employee and a African American female that did walk up and assisted very pleasantly. However, the Mexican/ Puerto Rican female was very rude, had a very nasty attitude , very unprofessional and unknowledgeable of products. She also used profanity towards me as I walked out the store. I have been a customer at this store for years. After this occured I will not be a returning customer.
Called to be sure golf cart batteries were in stock. Told me yes. Drive 30 mins, go in, they tell me go find what I need. Not a clue what he's doing. Asked for manager. He asks someone "Do we have a manager?"
The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They don't always have exactly what you need in stock but they will order it if you need it. Their return policy is great, they do battery testing, basic computer checks, and will help with light bulb or battery changes, along with a few other things. Their prices are competitive on most things, but some are higher.
