These guys are the real deal, TOBY Parker, and his mechanic Eric are all American heroes. I was driving down I-95 last night. I broke down. I asked Google for auto store, they brought me to Advance Auto in Manning …Cal White the manager is a hero as well of advanced auto , when I walk through the door, he was talking to a local police officer. I asked them sorry but can you please help me? I have a situation, he did not hesitate. He called TOBY Parker at West Manning auto, he lined up for his mechanic Eric to help me with an alternator problem, which turned out to be a serpentine belt situation. They met me at 7:30 AM on a Saturday which is unusual for them to be opened at this time and this was going on at 7 PM on a Friday night when I was trying to network and find a way to get back to Florida… I slept across the street in my automobile to make sure I was there on time. These people are so trustworthy God-fearing and true blue. I recommend them with 10 stars for anyone going down I 95 near Manning, South Carolina and these automobile help.

I broke down on I-95 on my way back to Florida. I got a tow to the local Walmart (state farm roadside assistance) and slept in the parking lot, with my 4 children, because it was Labor Day. The next morning I called West Manning Auto and they came and towed my vehicle to their shop. They had me back on the road in a few hours and were VERY HONEST about the repairs I needed. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and integrity of this shop and their employees. In a day and age where honesty is hard to find, West Manning Auto Repair goes above and beyond!! they are very deserving of being highly rated. I definitely recommend them. Great experience. Came to them yesterday i told him i didn’t know what was wrong with my tire but its driving weird, he instantly took it for a test drive came back and told me what was wrong in less than 5 mins. Same day ordered the new parts i needed for the repairment. Reasonable and affordable price.

They did in 4 hours what took another shop 4 days to do. And they were nothing but professional and polite. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for good work at good pricing.

Eric and his team are amazing. They not only got our van in for a repair 1st thing Monday morning without notice but were able to replace our blow starter and get us back on the road before lunch time! What a great shop and right of I 95 is a total bonus! We will definitely use West Manning Auto again!

Incredible service and truly above-and-beyond help from West Manning Auto Repair! While driving back to North Carolina from a trip to Florida, our car suddenly started shaking. We pulled off I-95 at the Manning, SC exit and luckily found West Manning Auto Repair just minutes away. The team greeted us with a warm, “How can we help you?” and quickly took our car for a test drive. They discovered our front passenger tire had a blown belt and was at serious risk of blowing out. Without hesitation, the owner personally drove to Sumter (a full hour round trip!) to pick up a replacement tire. While we waited, they brought out chairs and made my family comfortable—even staying after closing time to make sure we were safely back on the road. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I was driving from DE to SC and my engine light came on in VA. I went to mechanic but after a few tests they couldn’t identify problem. So I continued on until the light came back on. I was in a pinch trying to make a wedding but they saw me right away. Within 15 minutes they figured out the problem (a fuel injector was blocked) and after giving me the fluid I was on my way. Car drove smoothly there on out. Engine light never came back on. I made it to wedding in Charleston on time and made it back to DE safely. Would highly recommend!

These men were the best. We broke down towing our camper with 4 pets in truck with us. They picked us up off the side if 95, new what was wrong, ordered part to be put in next day, and took us too motel across the road. Fixed by noon next day. Thank you so much.

My husband and I broke down I. Manning Thanksgiving week on our way to NC We could not have found honest hard working group of men. From start to finish made us feel safe and in good hands. The team at West Manning Auto Repair really saved us today! By reading other reviews here, it seems like alternators seem to fail on I-95 in Manning on the way to Florida fairly frequently, and we were no exception! However, to complicate matters, we were traveling with dogs and horses in a 32’ trailer, which we parked nearby in the Manning High School lot. Toby accommodated us immediately and Eric did a fantastic job fixing my Dodge Ram 3500 alternator in 20 minutes once the part arrived. Once Toby and Eric found out the animals were waiting for us, they took immediate action to repair the truck so we could safely travel on home. Thank you, team!!!

Coming from Florida, my altinator failed and we were towed to West Manning in the middle of the night. We stayed the night at the inn across the street. We went to West Manning as soon as they opened. The owner and his son looked at my car first thing in the morning and had the altinator fixed by 3 pm and test drove it. Very nice and had reasonable prices. Total cost for the part, labor and taxes was $350.00. Would 100% recommend

This place makes me proud to be from the south, trying to help my brother over the phone while in California was frustrating. Called five "shops" looking for help with his antifreeze leak and nobody knew what a pressure test was, went to West Manning Auto and Toby was the mechanic we were looking for! Knew what the problem was, fixed it right away and was SUPER affordable! Highly recommend this shop for any type of repairs. GO TOBY!!!!!!!!

I was vacationing at Lake Marion when the break line broke on my truck. I called several local shops and no one was willing to help. I called West Manning Auto. They came right away, towed my truck and had it fixed by morning. The price was reasonable too. They really saved the day! I’m grateful.

Our car stalled on the road late last night on our way home from Florida with 2 kids in the back seat and we had it towed to this repair shop and got a hotel down the street. When we called at opening and explained our situation they said they think they know what it is and just bring the key by and they will start right away and they did! They had the alternator and belt replaced and the car back on the road by 1:00 the same day. They even worked through their lunch to help us get home before dinner. 1000% would recommend this place to anyone!

I was driving from Florida to NC in a minivan with my 2 daughters and our van started shutting down on the interstate. I almost called AAA but googled local auto shops first and saw all the good reviews- they were right- this place is a GEM!! Honestly a gift from God for me. They hooked up my van and saw that it was misfiring on 3 cylinders and tried the cheapest thing first and then progressed. It was VERY fairly priced especially for last minute. I almost would drive 3 hrs back just to go to a trusted shop like this again. Thank you so much!!!!

I broke down heading back to Florida. Organized a quick tow on I 95. They got on the issue right away. Broke down about 2pm and back on the road before 12pm the next day. Toby and his mechanic Paul are total Profesionals.

We had an oil cooler line start leaking considerably in our 1998 Diesel Suburban while driving South on I95. Called the TA Center at exit 119 and they recommended West Manning Auto Repair. We pulled up and Toby, LJ and Issac were waiting for us. Determined what the issue was, ordered parts and had us back on the road! Thank you!!

Wow! This shop was quick, reliable, friendly and super affordable! My starter went on my car, had it towed to the dealer 2 minutes down the road, paid $150 for them to say it would cost me another $1500 to fix it. I called around to other shops to get quotes after reading some reviews and found West Manning Auto. Toby (I believe the owner) was so kind and helpful- he quoted everything on the phone for me, told me he could get the part in the next morning, go get my vehicle from the dealer and have it done for way less than the price the dealership wanted! His shop delivered and has my business as long as we are here! Great guys!

First time dealing with west manning auto on recommendations from my son and would most definitely use them again if needed they have been great! These guys were a lifesaver. After my vehicle broke down on I-95 just a few miles north of their exit, they were quick to get a tow truck to me and bring my vehicle into their shop. It was 5pm so they couldn't get parts to fix my bad alternator until the next morning. They drove me to a hotel, fixed the car first thing in the morning, and picked me up at my hotel by 9am. Incredibly nice, honest, and very fair pricing. Thank you!

Bought a Trans Am in North Carolina to bring back here to south Florida, after about 30 minutes on 95 I noticed my voltage running low, stopped at an O’Reilly and snagged a battery as the car had been sitting for a bit and the battery was old. Figured I was good to go and got back to it. About 2 miles from Manning it started happening again so I realized it must be the alternator. So I pulled off and went to autozone, as west Manning was closed cause it was about 6:30, and the fellas and I there figured it was the alternator. Ordered one to be brought in in the morning and went to my hotel. I got a quick jump start from a fellow Floridian heading the other way on 95, snagged my alternator, then went to the shop. During the install by I believe the main mechanic Joe he realized that the wire harness pin plug was busted as well. Joe went around town trying to find one but none of them had any in stock on the day so he went to his house and pulled one off of his own truck to get me back on the road. He went above and beyond what most mechanics would in a situation like this and really helped me get the old bird home. Can’t recommend these guys enough, if you’re on 95 and having car trouble hopefully you’re close by cause these are who you want to deal with. I was having trouble with my van on a road trip with my 4 kids. I saw the auto shop sign at the exit off 95 and called. They said to bring it right over. I did. Mechanic looked at it, told me what was wrong and listened to how I needed to get to Florida to be with my mother who was sick. He told me to keep driving, it was ok for now. Told me what to look out for and when I should stop. He understood I didn’t have time on my hands. I offered to pay him for his time and advice, he refused the money and told me to just drive safe and watch for the things he told me. He was such a blessing! I have told everyone how honest and knowledgeable he was.

Extremely competent, caring and quick. I was experiencing a weird transmission thing as I drove along on I-95 on a long road trip. I pulled off and visited an auto parts store to get a mechanic recommendation. They sent me to these folk, just off the interstate. They jumped right on it and found a severe bearing problem that, I suppose, could have been a fatal happening a few miles on. I got advice on the original transmission thing and fuel injectors, all good. Good to have a plan. Local customers showed up. Everyone was treated with caring courtesy, real interest, and action for whatever the concern. Price was fair. Struck me as real fair. And I was out of there in an hour. These people have morality. And competence. I don't think you can do better.
