I stopped in off I-95 to get my alternator tested. I have my own shop over 200 miles away. It was unfortunate for it to happen then, but the workers here are awesome. They loaned me the tools to replace the alternator from the shop's cart. One of the workers even loaned me a personal tool from the trunk of her car. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. Fast service and true kindness. They even came out and wished me and my wife well on the rest of our trip. I should've got their names. A tall gentleman who just moved in from California, and the lady that loaned me the tool said she usually goes there on her bike, but luckily for me, she drove her car. They all need a raise.

I do not know why this place is getting 5 stars. My own experience...this am ( Monday) I walked into this establishment ( no other customers there)...I waited at the front...while a guy was on phone ( no problem) I don't mind waiting...then eventually went looking another employee to get help...he acted as if I was bothering him...I told him about the part for vehicle..he still didn't speak etc...no smile or anything...then I said..you all must be having a bad day..he response was...there is always alot going on here and they got to keep focused...I said yeah but u can still atleast speak(I'm not asking to carry on a conversation) then it was him, the other guy( Timmy) and the Manager...they all didn't speak ,smile or anything...acted as if I was bothering them for going in there...I asked them ...if they all was having a bad day..no response...even the manager ( stood and stared at me)...this is not customer service...NONE OF YOU SPOKE, ASK IF I CAN HELP OR ANYTHING. At least acknowledge customers when they go into ur establishment ( speak or something)....even when I paid for my stuff..they didn't say..thank u ..kiss thier butt or anything..I said thank u...my thing is..there wasn't any other customers inside the store.i started to leave my items and go somewhere else..I didn't deserve to be treated like that and no other customers should either. If u having bad day ..go home..u are getting paid to do ur job..so..just to say..I will be going somewhere else.its bad when the MANAGER is just as bad as the employees..NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! They might speak if they know you! When u go in a place..spending ur hard earned money u deserve to be atleast acknowledged..it was like pulling ur teeth to get service here. They didn't want to help at all. SORRY SERVICE. IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

James & Orlando were awesome! We had car troubles on our way to Florida & they were super helpful & even stayed after hours to help us. We truly appreciate everything they did for us, they deserve 10+ stars and a raise!

Update: I broke down at exit 122 where my water pump completely failed, splattering every ounce of coolant either on the road, or in the engine bay. I had to wash coolant off the rear windshield it was that bad. The man and woman there not only handled other customers QUICKLY, they were also able to provide resources and solutions when I ran into issues. I can not overstate enough how important it is to have compassionate employees in a situation like this.

I would like to express my gratitude to the manager of this store Mr. Brunson and his associate Mr. Morris I believe was the associate name. I was there today after many calls to over places, and a visit to the dealership trying to find a part that has been discontinued. I carried the old part into Auto Zone with me and explained that my ignition switch was froze solid in the housing for it. The key would not turn at all. I had a locksmith take the part off of the vehicle for me so that I could carry it with me. Well after all other efforts and many conversations failed, the associate at Auto Zone in Manning SC took the part to his Manager and Mr Brunson worked very hard for a very long time , while attending other customers too. He was able to make the key turn. This man and his teammate have no idea how they saved me in this really bad situation. I had been broke down for a month and they did not give up until they figured out how to help me get my vehicle going again. I truly that God for these two and for Auto Zone. Auto Zone these guys deserve all the recognition and praises possible !!! Thank you again and I recommend them to everyone ! Pass this on if you can ❤️❤️ One very happy and grateful customer. You just do NOT get that type of help anywhere else that I know of. They truly went above and beyond.

Jeffrey M gave me great customer service testing my battery/alternator and even took out my old battery & replaced it with the new one I had just bought. Even scraped off battery corrosion and treated terminals to prevent future corrosion. Very impressive.

My A/C stopped working on the way back to DC from South Carolina. We went over to the Oreilly auto parts and the lady didn’t know what she was talking about and didn’t check for the parts we needed. Orlando made sure we had the right parts and let us borrow the tools we needed to replace the filter. 10/10 service. Preciate yall.

Nice store, but it's hard to see from the street because of all the trees and bushes around it. If you're driving toward 95, you'll probably miss it. If you're driving toward Walmart you'll have a better chance of seeing it.

Very helpful staff. They will install wipers at no charge, test and change out your battery, and help you find the right part. Clean and well stocked store with good price ranges for all budgets.

I broke down 3 hours from home with a dead battery that wouldn’t start. While I was waiting for a tow truck, I took a chance & called the Autozone I’d passed to see if they could help. Chelsea came to me & checked my battery & conformed it was dead. While I paid for a new battery over the phone, she went back to the store, picked up the battery, came back to me, swapped them out, & got me back on the road. She not only kept me from being stranded for at least 2 days (since the garage was closed Sat & Sun) w/2 kids, she probably also saves me a couple hundred dollars from having to deal w/the garage. She went above & beyond & I'm incredibly grateful.

My experience with this store was spectacular! I want to take the time to mention their employee "Kat" she was so amazing and helpful and so very patient with me! She was seriously the best and made sure I got all the best deals available and even took the time to put my new wiper blades on my car before I left! Thank you Kat!!!!!

My Niece & Her Husband & friend broke down late Tuesday evening at the local Walmart approximately 1/2 mile from the Auto Zone Store # 3925, address 2270 Paxville Hwy in Manning, South Carolina 29102. Me and my sister started to head from Summerfield North Carolina to come help them get back home from their trip from Jacksonville Florida. As we arrived I then had to call The Manager Kat,as she literally had the patience and care to look up multiple phone numbers and names to get the warranty for their battery and I can honestly say that Kat and her crew helped us with awesome attitudes and honestly the best Customer Service I have ever received. My father was a Manager for Auto Zone in North Carolina for 15 years and I can honestly say this Store has the best Managers and crew like NO OTHER! So then as we proceed to manage to get the car here to their store #3925, the car broke down in the parking lot! We were then stuck, but as this Auto Zone Crew as in Kat, Roger, Diane & Justin have went through a tremendous amount of care and satisfaction as we are still stuck at their store since approximately 9:20 this morning. They have continuously checked on us 5 and pets as we have had one mechanic here fixing a problem that lead to another, in which were in waiting till 5:30 for the mechanic to come and fix this issue. I can't express the gratitude that we have for this Store and would HIGHLY RECCOMEND you come here for all your Auto Part needs in the surrounding area! To whomever this may Concern this Store deserves a Customer Care & Satisfaction Award or Bonus! Thank you again from all of our hearts, you all are a true BLESSING!
